I had the best experience with Maria M. at this Citibank location! She was super attentive and sweet, and she always went out of her way to check in with me and troubleshoot any problems. She is the best!

Worst banking experience. Slow and poor customer service. Be prepared to be treated with disrespect and to get brushed off by citi gold wealth advisors and to get ghosted by the Relationship mngr. taking my banking elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

It is unfortunate that treating customers in a nice way is not considered to be important at this place. If the customer does not understand something, it would be nice if the teller explains it without the dismissive attitude and the “I am not doing it” and the “could you move over so I could help the next person.”

Citi does not even full fill written guarantees which are advertised widely. Even an expedited inquiry takes 6-8 weeks to get any answer. Never seen any bank with slower service. Will not bank here again

Worst banking experience that I’ve had. I was told that it was fraud going on with my account & to have a seat because someone was coming to question me about my account. All of it was a lie. I was interrogated for 15 min. I was told by Christine to go to another branch and make my transaction.I replied “I should but No” Finally after proving that it was my account and answering 3 security questions. I asked if someone(outside) was still coming to question me about my account & the answer was “no”. Obviously wearing a face mask & being a black male is problematic at this particular branch during a pandemic. She attempted to apologize & explain why but the damage was done. I felt violated & embarrassed.

Not my cup of tea here. Received conflicting advice from Teller and Manager and some of the information was not even correct after checking with my lawyer. Social distancing is in place. I didn't see them cleaning high-touch surfaces while i was there so be sure to sanitize your hands after touching door handles, counters and atm machines.

this was the worst experience on telephone i have had... citi had me jumping through circles and constant transferring call.. I never got to speak to a person.. All I wanted to know is: I have a couple hundred dollars in rolled coins to exchange for bills and wanted to know if i was required to put my bank account # on each of the rolls.. Was that so difficult? I can't imagine why i continue to do business with this bank..i can't even get a simple question answered

Easy to see right off of Willis Avenue servicing Albertson and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. ATM is available. Clean facilities. No public Restroom. Staff is ok. Personal loans and mortgages. We will most likely be going back.

Citibank is absolutely awful I had a block put on my account for no reason and no one will tell me why or unblock it for a week. All I can say is the staff here Joyce in particular were extremely helpful in trying to get answers for me unfortunately it was out of their hands. Will not be using citi anymore .

Hello this is a general complaint about Citibank. My credit card was charged twice by the Spring House Hotel in RI in August 2018. I have sent Citibank all the documents three times and they have not resolved my problem. The individuals I have spoken to in the dispute department are poorly trained and lack the experience to solve a simple dispute.
