I was nervous about going in for my appointment that my new job set me up with based on the reviews. Upon arrival, everything went very well and the staff was all very helpful from the front desk to the NP that did my physical. Even when my company did not send the proper paperwork, they were extremely helpful in rectifying the issue. I am normally not one to write reviews but I felt like the rating posted on here does not reflect the reality of this business!

Friday morning got right in. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The doctor was thorough and caring. Would return to this location again..

They literally get no stars my fiancé went in and we paid out of pocket for a test the results came back in 72 hours and they so called was suppose to be sending it to his email for over 24 hrs for a job the receptionist is a joke very unprofessional and don’t even know how to communicate

This is my first ever review. As i sit in my car for 40Minutes now i tried to politely call to see what my status is to be taken in, whoever answered the phone was not helpful and told me it’s an urgent care so I’m gunna have to wait and comparing it to a hospita and hung up abruptly on me. I’ve been to urgent cares before and waited…this place is the last place i would recommend and i see why many of these reviews are not good. Sad.

I do not know why there are a lot of bad reviews for this establishment. I came in and went through the process quickly. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean.

Absolutely do not recommend this place. The nurse practitioner did not review my paperwork correctly and did not go over the answers on my questionnaire. I drove 1hr45min each way and due to lack of competency it was a total waste of time. Delayed my work start date by a week so far and caused me to have to go to another clinic for more tests. Which that second clinic was confused why the simple paperwork was not reviewed while I was there. (I checked yes for “history of asthma”. Well I’m 29 and haven’t had asthma in 19 years, but do in fact have a history of childhood asthma. So she did not pass me for “able to wear an N95 mask.” Not like I havent been wearing a mask for the last three years with no issue) When I called back and asked to speak to my provider they refused to let me talk to her and despite trying to stay positive on my part, they became very rude. Also still waiting on my TB test results which has now been over a week. Again AVOID GOING HERE. DRIVE FARTHER FOR A BETTER CLINIC.

This office sucks… I came in for a walk in appt.. at 7 am .. they but 6 ppl in front of me .. please don’t go to this place. I literally had to argue with these ppl to get notice.. between the doctors and the nurses, they all have no respect for ppl.. one of the nurses knew a few customers and placed them in front of me in line..

Horrible rude staff, everyone at the front desk needs to be fired for incompetence. It genuinely baffles how such awful people can work for a place involving medicine.

I want to thank Mike (Michael A.) for the good experience.I came to WorkFit Medical as a walk-in but was told that my pre-employment (non-DOT) screen needed to be scheduled so they were able to book me two days later. When I arrived for my appt, I waited about 10 minutes after doing my paperwork. Mike first collected my drug screen (non-observed urine), then he took me into the exam rooms for blood draw (lipid panel). He did my audiogram and vision tests as well. Overall, he was a friendly host!I feel compelled to write this review because it was obvious that everyone depended on him to keep the business running. Every few minutes, someone else working in the clinic would ask him a question. I hope WorkFit rewards Mike for his valuable contributions to their organization because it probably would not be running smoothly without him. I was so nervous to come here because the reviews were so bad. I’m sure that he made all the difference in my experience.

I went for a DOT physical. I arrived shortly after 10am. I was out the door by 11:15. Everyone working there was very friendly and professional to me.

This is just a normal Urgent Care. I was nervous to go in reading all these horror story reviews, but I had truly a mundane and pleasant experience. Receptionist and nurse who helped me were both pleasant and professional, and I was out of there within 35 minutes. I waited for under 10 minutes after checking in, and my drug testing and physical were done quickly. No complaints, seems whatever was going on before is fixed now?

Avoid going to this business at all costs!This is the only review I have ever left on a business. But I felt that I must. If I could leave zero stars I would!My company has been using the Albany location for over 10 years to do our drug screens and physicals. Every time I have been there I have found the staff to be rude and unprofessional (even the physicians) as well as ridiculously long wait times and almost always a problem with the authorization paperwork. On today's visit I was once again greeted by a rude receptionist who would not process my drug test because of a paperwork "issue". Even once she had my boss on the telephone granting approval she refused to give the test. As tensions escalated I was thrown out of the building for having my mask below my nose by a receptionist who was obviously ill and wearing her mask below her nose. I am happy to say that my boss has decided our company is no longer going to do business with WorkFit medical. I cannot understate how pleased I am to never have to set foot in that building ever again.

I came here for my daughter who had pink eye and a possible ear ache. Her doctors office was closed, so I needed something quick. I went early and the wait time was minimal. The nurse and doctor were both so patient and kind with her. I got her prescriptions and was on my way. Very convenient.

went today for a job physical. Gabriella and staff were amazing. even gave my daughter a lollipop while she waited for me to be done. thank you staff
