My daughter --in - law took my granddaughters school shopping Saturday, August 24- I want to be exact because I want the sales clerk to know who she is and who she made cry. My granddaughters were looking at dresses but only one buying- my granddaughter held up a dress for her sister to look at when the clerk said " that will not fit you" -both my granddaughters were shocked but only one cried. We wonder why our young girls grow.up with body issues & eating disorders. I want you to know sales clerk- you are so lucky I wasn't there I would have made you feel as small as you made my beautiful grand daughter feel.

Awful customer service. The two girls there were rude right from the start; upon asking them whether I could try a pair of pants on the mannequin, I was told, "Well, it's going to take 15 minutes, so you'll have to wait." Which was fine. I was happy to look around, so I said yes. They then told me that for them to take the clothes off the mannequin would mean that I 100% had to buy the pants, some sort of a "contract." This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard at a store, especially since I had no way to tell whether the clothes would fit me until I tried them on. The store was open; there were only two customers there, and one was me. It seemed like two people who clearly did not want to be there and did not want me to be there either. It may not sound like much for me to say you've lost a customer, Windsor, but I'm sure I won't be the last to decide that there are plenty of other more welcoming stores I could be in.

Cute stuff but rude employees. I work retail in the mall too so get it but there’s no reason to be condescending. Overpriced SHEIN quality anyways on their regular items but their prom stuff seems like they’re better quality.

The clothes were great but customer service was really bad.? this girl that works there her name is “Tata” idk if is really her name but I asked one of the other workers and that’s what she said. But TATA was mad rude for no reason. I don’t know who tf she thought she was talking to with attitude and talking bad about the costumers. If you don’t wanna work there then don’t tf. ?

The shop was understaffed (only two people working) during a busy Saturday leading up to multiple proms in the area.There was no clear indication as to fitting room usage plan and staff was rude when advised that as a parent I had to be not near the fitting room but rather in a roped area.

Store manager is extremely nasty and rude. I have never encountered anything like this in my life. I am never less than respectful to customer service workers, so to get that in return is a heavy slap in the face. And it wasn’t even just me, I watched her treat the customers in front of me quite rudely. This is most certainly not the job for her.

Va'Ceia was AMAZING and effortless in helping me get myself together for a gala I had to be at within 4-hours! She pulled dresses, shoes, accessories...HUGE help! She understood body type and dressing for the occasion while also making sure I was comfortable with the look. I haven't had such a good mall shopping experience in a long time!

I can’t say enough about Windsor in Crossgates. The staff and the store had the absolute best vibe! Great selection and prices. Even the other customers hyping each other up. We needed a dress for cowboy prom, a challenge in itself. Thank you so much! ? The dress was perfect and super easy for our hour of get ready time between rodeo and Prom ?

V is such an amazing manager!!! The way i watched you scramble thru that store helping and encouraging us struggling to find something flattering and fun for whatever occasions, you didn’t seem a bit frustrated through the chaos and I swear you can dress anyBODY eyes closed and in your sleep… even if they are fully clothed trying on dresses in a mirror in the middle of the store ????You’re an amazing person through and through!! Oh by the way, the dress looked amazing just like you said it would love you V ✨??? pull up to Windsor at Crossgates and look for Vaceia, she will get you right EVERY TIME!!!!
