I purchased an exfoliating scrub, a body wash, and a cleansing bar at 11 am on 05/26/2023 and there is nothing worse than having to deal with lousy customer service from a miserable looking cashier. I have made similar purchases in the past but not regularly. Unfriendly, poor customer service is not easily forgotten. Shame on the girl who I had the misfortune of having to deal with today.

My Wife and I go into this place quite often when we go to Colonie Center Mall. It's a great place to go into and they have a lot of different Candle Scents to choose from. Would recommend going into here to browse around and look. Many associates to help you and answer any of your Questions.

The absolute worst location to shop at in this region. The manager has made rude remarks about how often my daughter shops at this store for over a year now of her shopping there...so much so that my daughter travels to Clifton Park for professional service. Online it says this location has reopened, upon reading that my daughter went to this location to return products. When she arrived, she was spoken to VERY rudely again by the same manager, she was told she didn't know why she would come to this location they're obviously not open, while other employees were behind her laughing. This manager has verbally accosted my daughter on every occasion that she has shopped there. Incredibly unprofessional and would only recommend Clifton Park & Rotterdam location if shopping in this area.

Lovely products. Smells great! Not as easy to get individualized help in store as it once was. But employees were very pleasant once you found one!!

I prefer this store when it was near the Christmas tree shops. But I am not complaining about the section. The staff have potential to irk your nerve. They are either stand offish or overbearing. I had this one blonde literally follow me throughout the store. Asking me what fragrance I like, if I found anything I liked in the sale? etc it's annoying! When it comes to scents I love the Japanese cherry blossom,Sea cotton,Hello Beautiful,etc. I dislike their fruity combos. They have alot of variet,but out of all that variety, only 45% are bearable scents. The rest smell like a rotted fruit basket. I am not trying to smell like a medley of fruits. Usually these annoying fruity smells are the ones tht are on sale. I's a pretty spacious place, and Im glad they incorporated candles along. But the staff.....I have to say a quick prayer before going in because I am not trying to give these girls attitude. Standing there near the entrance with a basket and apron, eying each other and looking miserable..not cute. Cut it out. Either do your job or leave your job. To the overbearing ones??? calm down! youre annoying the customer! annoyance doesnt make you any sales. Ask people once..than GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! do not linger and ask around unless people tell you of their questions/concerns.
