Let me start off by saying that I've been going to this pharmacy for years now and the pharmacy department started out good. Now as of today I would not send my worst enemy to the pharmacy department. Yeah yeah I get it under staffed and over worked. I have put in 45 years of customer service experience in pretty tough situations but I still had to be kind. You know why because I needed my job. The rudeness, nasty attitude, cold harsh tones and snarls at customs are simply wrong. Now don't get me wrong not all the staff are rude. I'm really sick of the meaness on the phone and in person of the rude ones. I'm not letting this go because it's unnecessary. I don't deserve this as a paying customer. I see all these negative complaints and they are correct. No one should have to be treated like this. I have made a decision to stop using this using this awful pharmacy. Believe me my voice will be heard on a louder platform.

All I wanted was a wall charger and a lightning cord to be delivered to the Albany Medical Center a block away, where my father is on death's door. The first order sent the cord but not the charger. That order never arrived. I made a second order, which arrived more than 24 hours later, with just the charger and no cord, so basically useless. Now, after spending $70 plus and having wasted quite a bit of time, my father still cannot charge his phone as he lies incapacitated in his hospital bed. BOTTOM LINE: Walgreen's is a lousy company that doesn't care about its customers, and the folks who run the store on Holland Avenue don't care either. So don't botther ordering a delivery from them, and take your business elsewhere; they apparently have enough customers as it is.

Would rate this Walgreens less than 1 star if it let me. Do not use this photo department. I dropped my disposable camera off in early July and was told it would be ready in about 5 days. Then months go by after calling & physically going into the store asking for an update and was told different stories about where my camera/pictures were. Even called corporate on two different occasions & was told one of their representatives would get back to me that day. No call back. Thankfully today I got my camera back that was supposedly sent to the wrong place and was never developed. I’ll be bringing it to another company now.

The other reviewers are exactly right... The worst pharmacy I've ever been too. I was just on hold for 40 mind.. "there is one caller ahead of you".. Called the main store #.. She was nice and put me directly and rang and rang... The pharmacist I've spoken to in the past was so curt and miserable... Let me also say, being a pharmacist must be a hellish existence... Probably the worst profession on earth. I wouldn't last a day... But still we gotta be better than this Walgreens a

Called pharmacy twice in the last 2 weeks to make sure my medications were ready for pickup when I arrived. I come into the pharmacy and the drive through pickup window is closed. I come into the pharmacy and my medications aren't prepared yet.They ask me to wait 20-30 minutes while they prepare medication I called ahead.Only reason they get two stars is for friendly service at the pharmacy desk.DO NOT CALL AHEAD FOR MEDICATION PREPARATION, as they will not give a damn about this request.

I'm commenting on the pharmacy. It's just rude. They act like we the customers are subservient. They take lunch break and unavailable until 2pm. Enough said. I'm getting my meds from Amazon.

The pharmacist is a horrible lady that needs to be taken off the duty. She has to change her attitude. They are not candies , they are medicines. You cannot make a patient come over again and again. Three times till now and the medication is not yet with me. Every time i go she says that i have to wait so that the chief pharmacist authorizes it ...for how long ? but she will not give the medicine.Very bad experience. If she does not like helping people she can find something else.worst pharmacy and pharmacist and staff i have ever seen in the past 18 years.

The absolute worst pharmacy. Prescriptions take forever to fill. The online system is never updated. You will wait on hold forever when you call. When you do get through, they are incredibly rude.

I am a prescriber that needed to speak with a pharmacist regarding a patient’s prescription. I spent 20 minutes on hold with the pharmacy — according to the voice recording, 2 people were ahead of me - before I was disconnected without ever speaking to a pharmacist for pharmacy lunch hours beginning at 1:30pm. Seemed like poor service to not take remaining phone calls before lunch, but I gave that a pass. I called again after the lunch period ended at 2pm and I was on hold for 20 minutes before I used another phone to call into the regular store counter to ask why I had been on hold for so long. The very polite counter person transferred me back to the pharmacy, where I was on hold another 5 minutes before being disconnected. I called the counter again, same transfer and disconnect for a total of 3 times. On my next phone call I told the counter clerk I was the prescriber who now had repeatedly called them for help getting through to the pharmacy, they attempted to help by paging the pharmacy staff who were nowhere to be found. I hung up and called the prescription into another pharmacy. Although the store counter staff attempted to help and were courteous, I will never again use this business for prescriptions. I am also leaving this feedback for the Walgreens company directly.

They do not allow for prescription to be refilled without an in-person visit and the wait (saying they have no fridge! What kind of farmacy has no fridge?), the space around the farmacy is cramped up and dirty, crowded with nasty looking sick people coughing and sneezing all over the place, all around unpleasant experience.
