They need more pharmacists because the service here is horrendous. I tried to pick up my prescription 3 times in the last week, and each time it was unavailable. First they say they don’t have it ready. I come back the next day and they say it’s out of stock. I check the status every day and now it says there’s an insurance issue. I’ve tried calling multiple times and they don’t answer or put you on hold for an unreasonable amount of time until you give up. I’m writing this while I’ve been on hold for the past 50 min and it says there are still 2 people ahead of me. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Horribly understaffed and the people who do work there are miserable and less than friendly or helpful.

I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t normally write reviews but my experience with the pharmacy was so horrible here that I am. I would call the phone rings they pick it up and then hang up. Or I would speak to someone they put me on hold and then hang up. This happened over and over as I was trying to get information about my prescription. Finally I asked to speak to who is in charge and the pharmacy manager is also rude. Customer service was horrible in every way. I would never ever recommend this pharmacy to anyone!! Thank god my medication wasn’t something like insulin that people need to survive because this place surely doesn’t care

Scheduled a covid test online, i showed up and they said they don’t do tests even though they were aware that scheduling online was still permitted. They also had no self covid tests inside. Just a waste of my time, on top of how overpriced everything is. Find another pharmacy/drug store.

I made an appointment to get a COVID/flu test here the night before. That went smoothly and I got an email confirmation. However, when I dragged my sick and achey self into the store the next morning, they looked at me like I was crazy and said “we don’t have that equipment… we don’t do that here” and said to try another walgreens. Why on earth did they let me make the appointment then? They must have a really dysfunctional system behind the scenes

The parking lot and entire outside ALWAYS has trash, is never picked up, They never empty the trash barrel.

Store is often busy but employees are calm and really, really helpful. I’ve shown up with tough shipping questions and they answered them very professionally. They helped me recover a lost wallet. <3 Employees seem to be responsible for multiple services at one time. I hope they’re paid well, Walgreens!

Me and my family stopped here to get eye drops and it wasn’t a long wait only 15 to 20 minutes but it was hard to hear Sara. She needs to speak up so people can hear here (no offense). Also we got chips as a little snack. The store was nicer than our Walgreens but it was ok just to get in and out.

The Walgreens store has changed big time. I have been shopping there for almost 10 yrs and I have seen it changed the changes from great to bad. The workers there are horrible. They have attitudes and not respect for the customers. There is two workers there that are best employees there. They show respect and they help the customers. The store is out of some most of the times. They need to make a lot of changes if they want to keep customers.

They bombard you with texts and phone calls to tell you your prescriptions are ready. Then when you get there they are not ready. And don't call them cuz you'll be on hold forever. My husband gets his meds here....I go to CVS.

This is the worst service I have ever had in my lift. I had to return three times in one day to get medication for nausea! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Let me start off by saying that I've been going to this pharmacy for years now and the pharmacy department started out good. Now as of today I would not send my worst enemy to the pharmacy department. Yeah yeah I get it under staffed and over worked. I have put in 45 years of customer service experience in pretty tough situations but I still had to be kind. You know why because I needed my job. The rudeness, nasty attitude, cold harsh tones and snarls at customs are simply wrong. Now don't get me wrong not all the staff are rude. I'm really sick of the meaness on the phone and in person of the rude ones. I'm not letting this go because it's unnecessary. I don't deserve this as a paying customer. I see all these negative complaints and they are correct. No one should have to be treated like this. I have made a decision to stop using this using this awful pharmacy. Believe me my voice will be heard on a louder platform.
