We started trying to order a desk -to match existing furniture gotten from WB Mason- on Dec. 6 and got very little response from our rep. Then I finally was able to contact the rep's "supervisor" to supposedly order the desk in early January. He insisted on payment info to order the desk but could not give me a shipping date after emailing him 3 times. Finally contacted another rep whom we have dealt with in the past, who was able to determine the desk was on back order and may not ever come in. Their prices are all over the place-one rep gives one price, another rep gives another price.Unfortunately, we have had similar issues in the past.We literally have hours into trying to place an order for a desk and are working off of plastic tables in our reception area for what will be over a month.We have switched to another company for our office needs.
