We ordered a phone from this store and we were told to wait only for 15 minutes but that 15 minutes never finished. So far 24 times 15 minutes passed and still no answer. They blame their system and when I called the customer care, they say that it is from store and store associates should answer us yet they do not give any proper answer.Do not waste your time as I did.

Today morning I order a phone from verizon at crossgate mall in Albnay NY and I was told to wait for only 15 minutes but so far 24 times 15 minutes already passed and still no any answer. They blame thier own system that it is very slow and takes time. Than, I called thier customer care and I was told that the pne was bought from the store and they can not help me to solve my case. The store just keep reapeating that it can take time sometimes and still no answer. Their attitude was not kind and never accept thier mistake just trying to blame me because of coming after several hours. Rudeness, laziness

Worst customer service I’ve ever had with Verizon into service .When I was asking question about my new how to activate it , he would go and start talking to new walk in customers and he almost seemed upset that I interrupted his conversation with his co worker .Then as I’m sat down transferring my data to the new phone another Verizon employee comes sits next to me and starts beat boxing with his mouth which was extremely annoying so I just walked out .Never again Verizon

Avoid this location. The employee we spoke with was insulting and incredibly condescending. We were there to upgrade my husband's iPhone 11 to the new iPhone 15. I had a trade-in quote of $830 for the phone through the Verizon Wireless website. Without looking at the phone, the employee we spoke with said he'd give us $400. I told him about the quote on his company's website, and said, "Perhaps it's a different deal online than in the store. I know that has happened before." I showed him the webpage and the quote for the phone. He took the phone out of my hands and said, "You have to read the fine print. You'll only get $400." My husband is an attorney. We're aware of "fine print," and read through it before entering the storefront. To qualify for the trade-in, we knew we'd have to get the next tier plan on his phone at $10 a month & the phone we were looking at would be free. I took our phone back & asked him to read aloud the amount quoted in the fine print. After he did, I told him we'd be taking our business elsewhere. We've been loyal Verizon customers for more than 20 years, probably longer than that employee has been alive. I'm still upset by his condescending tone.

Don't go there looking for any assistance. If you can tell them how to do their job they will. If you can't they are useless.

NOT GOOD. ?I’ve been a Verizon customer for a very very long long time.. I even was an employee a very long time agoI just recently upgraded to the IPhone 14 at the Verizon store in Crossgates MalII Unfortunately, had a minor issue so I decided to go back to the place it was purchasedWhen I walked into Verizon There was 1 employee helping a customer at the Customer Service CounterI approached the other employee and it was apparent he had better things to do.I showed him the broken camera screen guard (that’s peeling & obstructing the camera)& said “can ya help me with this, please”“Help with what?”TreTed me like an idiotONever asked me My Name,My Phone Number(he was sitting down & never stood up)And said“Yeah, We can’t do nothin call Pelican(?)I said “and that is.,,,?”His response“Ummmm the people that will fix it”I said “oh thanks sorry to of bothered you” and as I turned around he snickered and laughedHopefully I’ll figure it outI’m still under warranty-Not good Verizon

I would not shop at this store. The discrimiate against people of color. One there employees called a customer a killer and then called security when he tried to make a complaint.

Worst place to get your internet, they will make sure to hide information and the rates are much cheaper than they quote!Make sure to go to any other verizon location than this.

This store does not even deserve a single star. I recently visited this store to get some help about the poor call quality and other issues we have been having with Verizon 5G.The store manager Nesto was so bad in his behavior that I had to contact the 1-800 customer support. He showed racist attitude towards me and my wife and was very unwilling to help or even listen to our issues, instead he just kept forcing us to contact the Verizon Tech support.You would expect a corporate store to be able to help their customer resolve with any calling or network issues, but this store lacks all of this. They are rude, unwilling, and show no respect or even have any curtesy to reach out to their customer when someone walks into their store. They definitely need to hire new staff if they really care for their customers.

Tried to call, goes to automated line no matter which number I try. You can't even call them, have to check inventory through a terrible verizon system or talk to a customer service rep that isn't local.

Christopher really needs to learn how to communicate his feelings… I went through this whole process with him about how upgrading my phone would only make my bill go up by a couple dollars.. I realize that in reality it’s making it go up by 50.. when I question his logic he stops talking, goes in the back and just leaves me there. Comes out complains to his coworker about me and goes in the back until I leave. I was completely confused. Will never be going to Verizon again.. yikes

Went here to get a new phone for a holiday gift, and had the worse customer service experience of my life. I was "helped" by a man named Christopher, who was either passive aggressive or blatantly rude to me the whole time we interacted. He kept pushing me to upgrade to a new plan because mine was "old and outdated", and could not offer me any deals, unless I did. He then said even if I did, the phone price would not change. I they inquired if they still did data transfers from old phones to the new ones. Which he answered by saying " we charge a fee, but its super inconvenient and annoying for me to do it". He then told me there is an app to transfer the data, and as "long as I was smart enough to make toast, I could use the app". He then became aggressive and stated that me asking questions isn't going to change anything, etc. After basically insulting my intelligence for the third time, I told him I was going to look around, and I might come back to get a phone from him at a later time that day. To which he told me " good luck, you wont find anything better, but don't come back looking for me." I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years, and after this interaction I will be switching to another carrier.

Visited to get a new SIM card because mine was not working and the process was very very easy and quick. I was helped by a tall bearded man whose name I did not get before I left, but he was very helpful and made things very straightforward. Thanks to that man in particular, because i was having a pretty rough one otherwise! Great location, great service.

Entered store filled with 6 associates no clients. Had to actually walk up to one of the workers. No one out of 6 walked up to us to ask what we needed help with. They did fix the issue but did not check back to make sure. Here's the thing they could have sold us on a new phone, earbuds, smart watch, and cover for the phone. They missed outs bite on service. We lefted without a good by or is there anything else we can help you with. They were outside of the store talking with themselves. So sad So Bad ?

Best Verizon experience ever. Full stop. Higor was great. Kristy was great. I left with exactly what I needed for my phones, as well as a better plan. This is THE spot.
