Best Verizon experience ever. Full stop. Higor was great. Kristy was great. I left with exactly what I needed for my phones, as well as a better plan. This is THE spot.

New spot on second floor but same great staff providing the stellar service. I should not drift far from the three great stores in Albany and Rensselaer.Grant is top notch but I could tell the other associates were just as competent.Smaller location right off the food court since December 2021.
