I have been to this location at least three times in a month and they never have enough staff on duty. Every time I enter the store I have to wait to get ignored or told to hold on because they are short staffed. Plus they customer service is mediocre at best. If you live in my location stay away from this store cause you might leave Verizon all together ???

This was my 3rd attempt to buy a new phone and Tyler and Jude made it fast and painless. They ensured I got everything I needed, understood the billing schedule, and was 100% happy with my purchase. They were friendly and expedient. After 24 years with Verizon wireless, this was definitely my best experience.

I went to this store in Colonie Center. Let me preface by saying I'd made an appointment at the actual Verizon store in Mohawk Commons (Niskayuna). The sales guy there pretty much refused to help us. He wouldn't look up my account, and even though my daughter and I were ready to buy a new iPhone for her, he said to wait for the next one to come out. Her phone is non-functional and shuts down all the time. He literally would not help us, telling us to go to the Apple store and buy a new battery and wait for the 15 to come out. So we went to Victra. I was skeptical because it wasn't the actual Verizon store. We walked in and Joshua jumped right in, trying to find us the best deal he could, both online and in store. Tyler (the manager) helped by looking at our Verizon Fios account to save us money. Joshua (and Tyler) were extremely friendly, pleasant, and helpful. We walked out a little while later with an upgraded phone plan (at no additional cost) and my daughter's new iPhone 14 Pro. Go see Joshua and Tyler to help you out!

My partner and I signed up for a promotion back in November to trade in our fully paid off phones for $800 off each of our new phones. Cue 7 months and ridiculously high bills that were twice what we were told we’d be paying and we cancel just to get slammed with a $1500 bill. They then told us they wouldn’t honor their promotion. Tiihira N outright lied and made false promises, and Verizon is essentially stealing our trade ins with no credit. I would avoid this store like the plague.

I have been to numerous Verizon stores over the years however the assistance I (and others) received from Tyler R was over the top, best ever. Tyler let me sit down as he guided me through the transition from a business to personal account all while helping other customers. This country is failing miserably in Customer service but on this day I found the exception. A pleasant gentleman who knows his business and made sure each one of us left the store satisfied. Amazing!! Thank you Tyler R. You’re peer to none.
