I sent a package to another branch and they sent me to this office that is supposedly the supervisors of the area. Nobody answers a phone here and they don't care what happens to your packages. The worst customer service, it is shameful that a government service is in such poor conditions.

I guess we can only hope they privatize the USPS someday. Misdelivered mail, delivering mail on hold, don't answer the phone, and don't care!! Another poorly run government agency without any accountability!!

Frequently fails to deliver packages/mail, marks as delivered. Non-responsive by phone or at location. Leaving Albany and NY because of the unbearable quality of life and services. This annex needs to be investigated.

Zero stars…this post office’s lack of professionalism is criminal. I sent very important court documentations to the Court of Appeals in Albany, New York and the post office have apparently lost my package. The guy called me and told me that the person at the court house picked up all of the mail and he forgot to scan it as ‘delivered’. I contacted the court house and was told that no one has gone to the post office to pick up any mail - the postal clerk lied! Where is my package? I have filed multiple complaints and have had to have my case reopened because my court documentations has not been delivered. This is the pits.

I am always rushing to get to the Post Office before it closes, and the employee working at this time has always been helpful and nice. It’s a small place but gets the job done!

The outbox where I live doesn't contain pick up hours. And I've called and no answer. Is this supposed to be customer service? Maybe they need a pay cut. With how much they're paid and they can't answer a simple callers question that's not online or the actual box. Termination or decrease in payment is in order

I'm a new resident since over 2 weeks. I haven't received no kind of mail in my mailbox. I live in basement Apt A. I called today 4 times, no answer. Yesterday I seen a mail carrier as I stand outside. I asked him is my apt,A registered for mail delivery. He responded I'm not regular mail carrier for this area. Sadly I'm worried where all my mails going. I came outside few minutes later 3 letters unknown addresses were through on my steps.

As others have mentioned they don't answer the phone, the phone just times out after the maximum number of rings has been made, however to be honest I was able to get someone on the phone if I called early in the morning between 6am &7am
