They lost the Father’s Day card and a birthday card for my mom that I mailed out in June. Or maybe they “lost” it.. always seems to be greeting card shaped mail that disappears.

Like other reviewer‘s here, Jay is horrendous to deal with.I went in today and from the very beginning, he was rude and aggressive. Admittedly, I was already slightly frustrated because I was having trouble finding the post office at another location, and went to this one as a last resort. He was less than accommodating, and just plain rude. For example, a normal person would say “look to the screen to your left and press the green button, whereas Jay abruptly says “green button”.I’ll never be back because of Jay and his lack of basic customer service skills. It’s obvious that he hates his job and I highly suggest he find a new one, ideally one where he doesn’t need to interact with people.

I go here a lot. You have to pay really close attention to the time they open and close because the time they post on the front window is not necessarily correct anymore, due to the lack of staffing that this and other post offices are contending with. If you walk into the lobby, sometimes they will post a sign closer to the actual service desk and that sign will have the opening and closing times on it. I wish that they would have one of those bins that you can deposit prepaid packages into, but I’ve been told by at least one of the employees that I can skip the line and bring the packages to the front and leave them at the front window. If you are going to do that, make sure you alert the person at the desk before you just leave them there. But if they were to have a package drop box, that would really be an improvement here at this location. The employees are all professional and sometimes the lines can get long because people come here for money orders. Shout out to Jay, who I’ve seen help a ton of customers.

This location leaves MUCH to be desired. My cousin paid insurance for a packet to be sent to me in GA. This was done on 8/3 and based on the tracking number, it never went anywhere! A week later, we're trying to hunt it down to no avail. She went in this morning and the woman didn't even try to look for it, never sent anyone to check in the back, and scribbled down 3 phone numbers on a sticky note for her to call someone for help and told her it was out of her hands. Two of the of the phone numbers didn't even work. This is one reason why the postal system is suffering now. Their service sucks.

Let's talk about Jay.I have had the misfortune of having to deal with this employee several times, the most recent this morning.As one reviewer states below about his, he seems like he wants to fight. Like literally, physically fight.He has zero diplomacy. Zero customer service skills and again, truly comes across as he is about to fight you.I absolutely hate calling an individual out at a business but I started my day this morning with him being incredibly rude, aggressive, and plain mean.Further training is highly suggested for this employee.
