I called and left messages twice that I could host two small families in my home. Never got a call back. Now I am bringing people in from Cuba, Nicaragua and Ukraine because I couldn't connect with people already here

If there was -5 star i would give them, I have called them more than one month from sep 2021 to nov 2021 but only five time a women answer to my call she pretended like she didn’t know anything always she said she will connect me to the main line but she never done that, i text them and wasn’t usefulI’m embarrassed

One Star is too much for them, I have Place multiple voice mail for them to follow up for a refugee case that was sent to them 3 months ago noboday has got back to my call. shame on you USCRI
