A great place for all to do business with.
The service is great, the staff are curtius, and convenient location works well .
I will add, since a new owner has taken ownership of this place. The investment that they are making in the remodeling , new updated equipment and services being offered is great to see come to the area .

I come in here often for returns and miscellaneous shipments, Dustin, Justin, and Baylin always help me get in and out the store swiftly. My returns are usually processed in under 5 minutes and shipments in under 10 minutes. Good crew of employees at the western ave location. Will definitely continue going to this UPS store

I had a great experience with Balin today. I called in advance to make sure that the store could accept a large, heavy baseball bag (baseball bats, balls, helmet, etc.). Balin answered the phone, said yes, the store could handle that size which was quite similar to a golf bag, and provided me with the store hours. I arrived two hours later, he knew exactly what size box to get, and was efficient, professional, and effective. I was out the door in under 15 minutes. I recommend this location.

I brought a very heavy bookcase to the store and as soon as the young man working there saw me he came over to take it from me and carried it. Another time yesterday he helped me with labeling a package. These men are so friendly, so professional and so helpful I love going to this UPS store!

I come here consistently to do my Amazon returns and the staff are always pleasant. They handle my packages with finesse and haste but never a mistake. And the boss is a good man from what I know about him

I went to this store yesterday to return 2 Amazon packages (free mind you). As I entered the store an associate was sitting on the counter with his back to me. After about 3 min he realized I was waiting for help. I guess he saw that his coworker was looking at something behind him so he turned around. I showed him the Q code for the first package scanned and he stated I owe a dollar. I told him no it's free of charge per Amazon's return policy. He started to argue with me that he wasn't stupid and he knew his job. He stated that I thought he was stupid and that I needed to pay the $1. I told him I would not and I have another package, he said he would not help me and to leave. I told him I would not leave until my packages were received. He decide to finish the transaction and continued to ramble on about how I thought he was stupid and that he didn't know his job.I use this store for all shipping related needs. I will not going forward.
