I was driving around in the rental truck that had been in an accident the night before previously. Then I believe I was charged for mileage that I didn’t use, when I question representative about it, she said did you take a picture of the meter from the night before it’s a no for me… don’t waste ur time.

Staff up the checkin service desk when it is the beginning of the month. On 9/1 there was only 1 person behind the counter, had to wait 50 minutes before it was our turn to checkin. That was very frustrating.
