Really bad experience recently. I never received my 1099 for taxes and I had to call multiple times to customer service department to find a large amount of money that was supposed to be deposited on an account. I had to go multiple times to the branch and the managers laughed on my face or they got angry at me, when I asked questions about a product that the bank offers. True story. And they want me to vote for Best Bank of the region ? I a m not sure how they stay in business with this poor customer service and lack of knowledge about their products.. sad..

Everytime I come to this bank it’s constantly rude I will not stop at this bank anymore head teller is completely rude and inconsiderate .

$5 to do up a bank check is extremely overpriced. Especially when I can withdraw the funds for free and take it to my other bank for $1.

Been a customer for a very long time w/trustco, seems this particular location always has "sucky" cashiers, can't count, or their customer service sucks....very rude person behind counter yesterday(2-23-2018)

I think it's ridiculous that I have to pay $5 to cash a check, that is drawn on your bank. Just because I don't have an account there. What a to off!
