I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Paul and Megan at Truman Jewelers. I came to them looking to design my engagement ring, and Megan was so helpful and responsive throughout the process. I looked through hundreds of settings to find the right one, and then they were able to tweak it slightly so it's truly custom and exactly what I wanted. Everything about the stone and setting is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. I took my ring in for rhodium plating before my wedding in a week. Turns out I was missing a stone in my ring! They were able to get it shiny, new and all fixed in time for my wedding next week! My ring has truly never looked better and the people working there are so kind and just nice humans. I’ll be referring and bringing all of my jewelry to be serviced here!! Such a great experience!!

Took my ring in for repair and it was fixed within 20 minutes. The gentleman who worked on it is a genuine professional. The price was very reasonable and he even cleaned it up for no extra cost. I'll definitely be using this establishment for all of my jewelry needs.I'm posting before and after pictures of my ring so people can understand how pleased I am with the result.
