Total Wireless is a great company as it is cheap and has great service. Their downfall is that you need to buy a new SIM card every time you buy a new phone. My brother got a new phone from this company with no SIM card and I have spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get something so he had a way to contact others.

Customer service is a joke. There is no need to repeatedly thank me for my call when in the same breath you are telling me to take a hike regarding a phone I have already paid for and yet will not receive
