Stear clear from Debbie. She is rude and does not make you feel welcome. Everything was great until checkout. Didn't ask if we found everything ok. Didn't ask if we wanted to use any insider points. Just quick to get to the total and ask for money. She was just rude. I gave here my money and asked if I was eligible for GWP. She states. ITS IN THE BAG.
We are in the store alot. Everytime is great. We are greated and not rushed. This experience has made feel not welcome. If I do go to the store again, I hope to not be helped by the pink haired DEBBIE

Very nice that we could build minifigures and even buy them! They also had a bunch of crazy cool sets to buy. My friend went and his minifigures went over the accessory limit by one but thankfully our cashier had common sense and didn’t punish us. Thank you again.

Had such a fantastic experience going to this lego store as my first time. Arronzo greeted us with excitement, and offered his assistance right when we walked in. He was knowledgeable about the products, didn't overwhelm us, and was very friendly. He also informed us about the lego rewards program, which was super helpful! For a smaller sized store in a mall, this location carries quite a bit of variety. When they found out it was my friends birthday, she was offered a free miniature character build from the building station. Her face lit up like a little kid again, and that's what loving lego is all about. Thank you for this great experience and we will definitely be back to add to the collection! I had to snag the adorable sunflower lego set for myself to add to my botanical legos at home.

Love the Lego store! A go to place to start your Lego fascination, or rekindle an old one, the Lego store is an authentic experience. Keep an eye peeled for Jeff, Kimberly or my personal favorite, Myles as all the staff are super eager to help. With timely releases and a rotating pick a brick wall, you're sure to find the set you need. 5 stars!
