I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. After not receiving an arrangement, the individual who ordered placed a few follow-up calls including an unreturned voicemail. I, the receiver had just been released from the hospital after several days decided to also call as the person who ordered the flowers was upset they had not arrived and I was looking to change the delivery to my home address. The male who answered the phone immediately began being rude (I am assuming he had listened to the voicemail and was thinking that I was the person who ordered the flowers) and told me to stop calling him and that I would be refunded. I tried to get words in to say that it was alright and we could just change the delivery address and he said that he did not have time to deal with this and hung up the phone. I do understand stress around a very busy holiday but as a business that is supposed to brighten someone's day, he really should find a new profession.

Horrible service, extremely rude to my husband and I. Used aggressive behaviour when speaking for arrangements for our upcoming vow renewal. I’m shocked, we read many good reviews but if you look closer he’s very selective on who he services. (Look for the far hidden 1 starts.)We left our conversation with Louis wondering if this was a race based as he’s choice of words were extremely biased.Louis hung up the phone with the last words as “whatever”.My partner and I are a black and white couple.DO NOT TRUST HIM FOR INTERRACIAL WEDDINGS LIKE WHAT WE THOUGHT WE COULD.

we called to ensure they could deliver a floral arrangement on time for a wake. the owner, Lewis, was very helpful and accommodating. he was able to tell us whether the arrangement we selected would be available on time for delivery and helped selected alternate flowers that would look nice if the original lilies wouldn't be open enough. I would definitely recommend this florist again.

I ordered some flowers for my sister to be delivered at the hospital and they did not disappoint. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and she was so happy. Definitely will be ordering more in the future!

Lovely amazing arrangements - and prompt careful delivery in the area. Great place. If you want something that doesn't look like the standard from Teleflora, try the Enchanted Florist. You won't be disappointed.
