This place is amazing! Full of delicious cheeses, meats, cute merchandise, and yummy unique sweets and drinks. The best part though is that the people that work there are absolutely astounding. They are full of so much knowledge about the cheeses they have and they are incredibly helpful and friendly. And I have found so many new delicious cheeses I love as a result. If I did not live over a thousand miles away I would visit this place daily until I have a chance to try everything they offer.

The lovely woman behind the counter gave great recommendations and allowed us to try some different cheese so that we would know what we were buying. The beer selection is definitely unique. We picked up some Parma ham, multiple types of cheese, dried figs, membrino, and bread. The selection here is amazing! The staff does a great job helping you navigate everything. We will definitely be back.

An absolute gem! We stop here whenever we’re in the area. Amazing grilled cheese sandwiches with on-point wine pairings. They even have a GF bread option.

Great homey gourmet local spot! Had a lovely lunch there that was more affordable than I thought it’d be. Great selection of chocolates, drinks, jams, cheeses, meats and more!

Wow!!! Just wow!!! The selection of cheese and meats here is simply stunning, but beyond that the owner will tell you about anything things your interested in learning about and has a very deep knowledge of the products on offer. I was putting together a cheese board and charcuterie platter for my students to enjoy while there were presentation during the class. I had planned to set everything up, but without asked she offered to arrange everything on platters for me. Everything was amazing, and I will be going back here as often as I can... Hopefully I can catch one of the legendary Raclette events that I have seen on their social media pages. Regardless, I plan to make this a regular stop when I'm in Albany.

Was in Albany visiting family after their surgery. Came across this gem here on yelp. Mary not only offers cheese made from raw milk, but also makes a killer grilled cheese sandwich. I will be back. Thank you.

This place is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!The selection is superb, the freshness of their stock, the staff everything is everything you are looking for a neighborhood cheese shop.The cured meats section is nothing so miss either.Prepare to spend at least 30/40 to leave with a full bag but that’s not always the case as it’s all fairly priced.I moved to the area recently and places like this making me feel more than at home.Albany is blessed to have this place!
