Jabari was a pleasure to work with! He made the process of getting my boyfriends new phone very easy and fun. Such a sweet guy!! Knowing he’s only been there for 3 months he was professional and very knowledgeable and had the answers to all our questions. And if he didn’t know the other gentleman in the store were quick to help and were very nice as well!

visited this store recently because I was looking to buy a new iPhone 14, was completely ignored by the employees and given rude stares for no reason, kindly asked the difference between the 14 pro max and 14 plus and the manager couldn’t even look at me for two seconds and gave a one word response of “camera.” If you’re working in sales, maybe you should actually try because that’s what the job is all about…. Seemed like they didn’t want business ??♀️

I visited this store to upgrade my husband's phone, and I must say that Merys and the other staff members were excellent and personable. In comparison to the staff at the Wolf Road location, who were terrible, this team really went the extra mile. Their exceptional service was truly worth it.

There are 2 tmobile store in this mall, my experience in this location was great. This is the corporate store that is the only one that I can recommend, the one located next to Cinnabon. They always help me and their customer service is wonderful.

Not sure if it’s because it’s t mobile now but customer service is not present in this store anymore. Used to be an amazing staff . Friendly and helpful . Steve was the best ! On this day didn’t see him .Two people in the store . Walked in and stood at counter completely ignored , no I’ll be right with you or hi . Nothing . I’m ready to switch companies solely on this visit ,I understand it’s busy and I rarely write negative interviews but this experience took the cake .Also why have 2 stores in the mall if it’s gonna be closed ??

Kyle & Leann were OUTSTANDING!!!! They fixed our horrible experience and in record timing. The other mobile experience were dissatisfying and NOT knowledgeable at ALL. Isaiah and Michael were amazing. This is the 1 across from against all odds NOT THE OTHER LOCATION!! Great work Kyle & Leann!!!!

Went to Tmobile store to add plan for second son, had some initial problems with a legacy Sprint plan, but customer service really came after a few days with solution that was much better than expected. Manager (Giovanni) really helped this situation Highly recommended.

Great staff No matter which One I went to Very friendly ,talkative I want to thank Jessica for being so Patient Understanding Nobody wants to just rush into any situation so the fact that she took her time it showed extreme in great customer service not only did I walk out with a phone repaired your smile on my face I could definitely say it's a place that I will be going back to based off of the community The atmosphere that was there

Went in with my galaxy s9 not charging, Andrew helped me resolve my issue by trading in my old phone and getting me an insane deal on the new galaxy. Staff here is always great.

Long time T-mobile customer here, and always have had a great experience with any customer service or service issues. That is until I met a smug manager named Gio, he made no attempt to resolve my issue and from my perspective didn’t have a professional bone in his body the three times I had the luxury of interacting with him. Long story short if this is the public face of T-mobile, that tells me a lot about the culture of the company as a whole, and I won’t ever have anything to do with it again.
