The store is nothing like it used to be. They just carry your basic furniture but it is high priced because of the Stickley name.

DO NOT BUY!!! They stopped service on their furniture. They measured incorrectly and the furniture will not fit through the door frame. They promised to disassemble the furniture if we ever moved and now they are saying they will not do it. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

I was so looking forward to a nice piece of furniture I had saved up for. But now, Im terribly dissatisfied with customer service and the store associate. My table came with a chunk missing from the corner and was told by the store, I had seen it. That is an utter lie and fabrication. I called the store and told them I did not want a damaged table and they said they would do nothing as all sales are final.Buyers beware of their sales - they can damage your item while you wait for delivery and claim you saw it in the store. To make matters worse, they then fabricated a story that I saw it.Heartbroken! You have lost me as a customer forever, good job!

I stopped in the Albany NY location to look at some beds. The person I dealt with was a disaster. She was rude, impatient, and not customer oriented in the least. I believe her name was Jan. It's a shame that the customer service significantly pales in quality when compared with the furniture.

Jan at the Albany store is a terrible customer service rep. Her caring about the customer stops when the payment goes through. She returned 1/3 calls, only to say she would call with more details when she got them, and then never did. 8 months later, still waiting on furniture. I know there are delays on multiplelevels, but she didn’t even provide an option to receive a part of the furniture we purchased. I had to call three times to find out part of our order had been ready for MONTHS. When you spend over $10k on furniture, I expect at least a call back without having to hound them about the whereabouts on my items. Maybe even once a month update? Is that too much to ask?Update; received the furniture. Beautifully made and great quality. Really love it. Still stand by the fact/my prior comments that Jan provided me with a terrible customer service experience. Her colleagues picked up the slack when I told them how little she communicated with me and that is probably what finally got the furniture delivered.

I aspired to buy new Stickley since I became a homeowner. The quality of products in the store matched my expectations, but the quality of what was delivered to my home was on par with a naive home upholstery job or home economics project. I purchased a chair and ottoman with a price tag near that of a used car and expected premium service and quality. When I reached out with concerns when the cushions clearly don’t resemble the produce online or in-store, “Operations Manager” Joli was a poor communicator and offered to put extra batting into the cushions. When I explained that was not acceptable, I received no response.

I was looking for a leather recliner to complete my living room, and was helped by Alicia at the Stickley store in Colony. I found a Hancock and Moore recliner that was comfortable and nice looking. We looked at pictures I brought of my other furniture in the room, and I chose a leather that appeared to coordinate. Six months later the chair was delivered. I noticed shortly after the delivery men left that the leather on this chair was not the leather I ordered. It is a slippery, very shiny leather which is not what I wanted, and it is darker than what I ordered. I sent a picture of the chair I received to Alicia. She sent me the swatch I ordered, which is of a grainy leather that is lighter in color and coordinates with my other furniture. I sent pics to her showing the significant differences in the two leathers. It’s now two weeks later, and I was just informed that she sent an email to Hancock and Moore to see if they’re willing to do anything. I don’t know if the incorrect leather was ordered by Stickley or upholstered onto this chair by manufacturer, or this is a bait-and- switch practice they have going. At this point I regret making a purchase from Stickley Audi in Albany. Buyer beware.

Had aspired to buy new Stickley for years. My in-store experience and impression was fantastic, but my $4K+ chair came with a very poorly executed upholstery and pillows. I shared pics and concerns on line and someone quickly responded. Sales rep Sharon conveniently called me outside of the email chain to share her mutual feelings of the subpar appearance outside of the documentation of email. Ultimately, they only offered to put some extra batting in the cushions. I wasn't looking for a return or refund, but I think replacement cushions is a realistic expectation when they don't match the floor model or online appearance.

I haven't received my furniture yet but I wanted to send a shout out to Patrick who was ever so patient with me as I looked for a dining set. He went out of his way to find what I wanted (going so far as to call the company after they discontinued the table I liked). As we selected chairs his attentiveness was obvious as he listed to my concerns about wear and handprints etc. Patrick also beat every local competitors prices so don't hesitate to visit Stickley for your furniture needs!
