Very comfortable hotel. Beds and pillows are especially cozy. Good location to get to and from Albany center. The fresh fruit was a nice breakfast option. The free evening social provided a full meal and drinks. The desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Food and drinks: Food was tasty and fresh. The wine and beer bar had great choices and were free during the social event.

Amazingly professional, friendly and courteous staff. Impressive from the outside all the way into the room.
Breakfast was great. This will be my new spot to stay whenever I'm in Albany. Front desk staff Kenneth is the absolute best!
Rooms: Rooms feel like home away from home.
Walkability: Mall right next door.
Food and drinks: Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

My stay in Albany was exceptional. The top-quality service provided by Mr. Sherwyn Clarke, a front desk Manager/representative, was truly commendable. He was incredibly accommodating, polite, and demonstrated superb etiquette, always meeting my requests with a smile.
The level of customer service I experienced at this hotel was outstanding. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
Additionally, the hotel offers ful breakfast daily and dinner served Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, featuring high-quality food that enhances the overall experience.
This hotel stands out as one of the best I have ever visited, and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in Albany. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable stay.

We were only here for on night and wish we had more time to enjoy this place. Service was great, breakfast was wonderful, the courtyard looked awesome, but we didn’t have time to use it. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back with more time to enjoy all the offerings!

Great location to airport. Very nice apartment like hotel rooms. Great breakfast, and hours for breakfast. Staff friendly. Great rates, you are getting great value. Highly recommend to anyone to stay at this place.
Rooms: Apartment sized fridge and freezer. Stove tops, some have ovens. All have microwaves. Apartment style, clean great rooms.
Food and drinks: Good breakfast. Beer self serve tabs. Dinner specials.

I’m not sure I can recommend a hotel more highly than Staybridge. The value is unmatched and it’s the only place we’ll stay in Albany. After half a dozen visits, this hotel only seems to get better and the staff more friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful long stay at Staybridge Suite. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location to the mall and shopping center. The food and beverages served at breakfast and happy hour were delicious and plentiful. The staff members, particulary Lily and Alex are super nice. This is the best hotel we ever stayed and look forward to stay at the hotel again.

Comfy bed, clean, nice suite setup. Not quite sure how larger folks will be able to shut the door to the bathroom if they need some privacy, have to be a bit of a contortionist!

I wouldn’t let my dog use this place as a kennel. Room smelt like seafood and cesspool. The smell of weed though the whole place. Slamming of doors people running up and down halls cursing! I’ve stayed at 5 other locations and they where all amazing!
