We went today to purchase a gaming desk and chair. Both were on sale and we got both, high-quality items for $300 with warranty for 3 years for both. Yvette was amazing. She was so kind, personable, and walked everything out to our car. She made sure we got every deal we could by personally setting us up with rewards and walked us through it. Thank you so much!

FULL DISCLOSURE! NOT VERY TECH SAVY. PETER WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR MY AUNT BETTY AND I. THE STAFF WAS ON POINT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ACROSS THE BOARD. PETER HELPED ME SET UP MY NEW COMPUTER AND DOWLOAD THE ANTI VIRUS MCAFEE THAT HE SOLD MY FAMILY AND I FOR A VERY FAIR PRICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OLD SCHOOL KINDNESS ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN THESE DAYS. MYSELF AND THE LOSZYNSKI FAMILY ARE GRATEFUL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND WE PROMISE TO PAY IF FORWARD... Went here for TSA Precheck. Overall seamless experience. My appointment took less than 10 mins. I recommend scheduling an appointment online.

Employee named "Talha" was really a helpful nice gentlemen. I didn't know which printer to choose, but thanks to his professional experience, he was able to help me out a lot! He worked for hp, thank you. I will definitely come back here again.

You really need to get someone who actually cares to start doing the TSA pre-check. I made an appointment because I have work and have time restrictions. I showed up early for my appointment along with two other people. He showed up 10 mins late for his first appointment and couldn’t log into his computer. By the time he was ready we were all 15-20mins behind schedule. If you are going to take appointments be on time for your appointments.

Went for TSA pre check appointment and sat around waiting for the guy to stop talking to customers on the floor for over 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be.

Went to have photos and a custom card made from pictures on my phone. Requirws staff service, zero help after 2 hours. Left and went to a competitor place (pharmacy) where I accomplished goal and made three albums in addition to the card.

I visited the store today to make a return. I stood at the copy center for several minutes while the only person at the counter was on a phone call. Four people were hanging out behind the counter chatting and NOT ONE acknowledged me. When this particular person finished the call, they muttered "people asking stupid questions" which shocked me because I was standing right there and they didn't seem to care that I heard it. This person began walking away so I said, "Excuse me. I have a return that is not Amazon. Where do I go to make the return?". Instead of simply directing me to the line, they grilled me about which vendor, which mailing service, did I get an email, how did I initiate the return, etc. - none of which were a response to my question and the abruptness and abrasiveness were uncalled for. They insisted I pull up the email and QR code and show them just so they could tell me they could take the return. That wasn't my question. I knew that Staples would process it because I selected this location from the options given and I've done this many times at other locations. I was simply asking where to stand to wait for someone to help me. This person was rude to me and rude to the person on the phone before me and this (plus other reviews) makes me think these were not isolated incidents. I didn't get the person's name but I hope that no one else has to endure this behavior.
