the person who answers the phones is remarkably rude and disrespectful. I would rent storage from pretty much anyone who isn’t them, trust me on this.

I’ve been there for 4-5 years, every managers knew I had cancer, inclusive of the owner back then, who told me not to worry then Covid and now I’m terminally Ill and they are no longer Willing to work with me. Now I owe with late fees which because they won’t work with me $340 with no help, my husband is deployed, and they are supposed to work with military and this New Manager Jeff or the owners have NO DESIRE TO WORK WITH MILITARY! I’m heart broken ?CherylanneOn sept 1 2023 it was a holiday the manager Jeff said it had to be paid that day, I called and got another worker, who tried to get him or the owner, he said he spoke to someone and because it was a holiday weekend that I’d be safe until Tues Sept 5th, I sent copy’s of my 2 credit cards front and back, stating take 200 out of one and the other 140 from the other. He told me in a text I had to at least do $275, that’s what he took from 1 card and not the $340 I told him to take, and than after speaking and feeling secure, he auctioned with out a registered letter that is a law. THIS IS THE WAY JEFF AND SPACE SAVER TREATS THEIR DEPLOYED MILITARY. My husband had sensitive documents in the unit.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU ARE A MILITARY FAMILY OR A SINGLE MILITARY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE DEPLOYED OR THEIR SPOUSES!THE MANAGER JEFF SHOULD BE FIRED

Really good friendly experience. Super affordable and simple. Always plan around 9-5, once that’s set, even so if you’re going to be late, they are pretty lenient you call and are reasonable. Simple in and out. Should have more service way cheaper that uhaul and the other places!

I thought this was a good deal however, after 10 months my monthly rent was increased by THIRTY-FIVE PERCENT (35%). When I rented the unit, I was told that the Monday-Saturday, 9-5 hours would be expanded "soon" as they were installing a system for renters. That has NOT happened.
The Building Manager, Christy, is very nice but has no authority. I have left SEVERAL messages for the owner to discuss my concerns and needless to say, I have received NO call back. Sadly, I don't expect to. I have rented storage units at 2 other places in the Albany area and NEVER had an increase of this magnitude OR an owner that wouldn't respond to concerns.
Do your due diligence....DON'T be lured in by the promise of a "low" price, it simply will NOT last.

MY RENT HAD ALWAYS BEEN PAID.... Property was damaged and they has no.bussiness looking at my belongings. My medication was stolen and so was.jewlwey, Police department was notified. I NOT EVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AND RENTERS BEWERE BY THE TIME YOU UNPACK IT IS TO LATE
