I bought a car in March & was extremely let down & disappointed. Brought the car back multiple times for the same issues & they never fixed them. At one point they told me “there’s no such thing as a diagnostic test” when I asked for one because I feared my car had major mechanical issues. Then when I told them there was such a thing as a diagnostic test they refused to do one as my car was already in their possession AC didn’t work when it was advertised that it did. ALL four tires were dry rotted. I made it clear I was new at the car buying process & had minimal knowledge & they most definitely took advantage of that, & me. Zero stars & I do not recommend.

It's said because the last time we went there we spoke with someone. Not sure of his name, Bob or Joe one of them.He is 100% sexist. My husband and I went there, and I spoke because my husband was about to blow up and start yelling. So instead I spoke for him. This man then proceed to give me an attitude for entire remainder of the conversation then asked "who purchased the car" as if that was his way of telling me to stop talking to him. And even when I was speaking to him half of the time he was staring at the computer then he was looking at my husband. He had no respect for me. Its like he just did not want to here me telling him about the plethora of problems we were having.. that was the day we went to Nissan be aude we knew a guy there and he did a check on the car and said we should have never been sold a car like this and we shouldn't be driving this because he was worried for our safety. I told him I 100% agree because when driving the car to go see these people it started shaking. They literally sold us trash.

Here again. So my husband bought a vehicle from here.Hassib was generous and really nice. Unfortunately I feel as though they use these nice men to lore people in then rip them off.I've seen reviews on Hassib and Sam of how nice they are and of how well they work with customers. So I'm not surprised. After they rip you off and you leave them reviews, they act as if they care about helping their customers, talking about "let's turn that 1 star into a 5 star". Well prepare to be sick of me.After getting the car, couple days later engine lights and such came on. We spoke with Hassib he helped with it. Gave us a loaner for a couple days. After getting it back, we kept hearing sounds when the AC was running. We went back, spoke to someone else he and the mechanic came out to listen to the sound and said to come back with it the next week. We got another loaner. They made sure this time they waited out the rest of the supposed 30 day warranty that they gave us. And now that we're here after the warranty, the battery dies, after we were told that the battery was going to be changed.

Owned and operated by liars. They'll sell avehicle needing work, say theyll fix it butdon't actually do anything unless you buy anoverpriced warranty that they'l just deny therepair for anyways. Typical salesmen thatonly care until you sign your name, afterthat you're just a number.Vehicle bought is a 2015 Mazda cx5 frontend full of clunks that were noted on thetest drive, was told they'd repair it and yetit's still clunking. Only thing i can tell theyactually fixed was a couple blown speakers.Wouldn't send my worst enemy here for avehicle. If I could give less than 1 star Iwould.

Very friendly group. They were willing to go out of their way to get my wife financed. This is our 3rd purchase from them. If their was an option for 100 stars they would get it from us.

Recently bought a (new to me) car from this dealer and could not recommend more. The entire process from looking at vehicles, to trading my old vehicle in, to the actual purchase was easy and non-stressful. Hassib was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. Overall great experience and very personable and helpful staff.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother to formally bring to your attention the unsatisfactory experience she has encountered as a result of her recent purchase of a pre-owned 2013 Mazda 3 from your dealership. My intention is to present a comprehensive account of the events that have transpired, highlighting the issues she has faced and seeking an appropriate resolution. It has come to our attention that the inspection process conducted by your dealership lacks the necessary thoroughness and attention to detail. Upon acquiring the vehicle three weeks ago, my mother soon discovered that certain key components had not been properly inspected, as evidenced by the malfunctioning ebrake. The fact that this issue was only addressed subsequent to the completion of the supposed "thorough" inspection raises concerns regarding the integrity of your inspection procedures. We are left to question whether this negligence was intentional or driven by a profit-oriented approach to expedite the sale.Furthermore, my mother has encountered persistent issues with the vehicle's headlights, which exhibit flickering during deceleration. It is worth noting that this problem is widely acknowledged in relation to the particular model in question. Despite her efforts to bring this matter to your attention, she has been met with denial and deflection. Your claims that the headlights were not experiencing such issues prior to her acquisition of the vehicle are not only unsubstantiated but also indicative of a refusal to take responsibility. Moreover, the proposed solution of cleaning the ground wires fails to address the underlying software-related problem, rendering it inadequate inadequate.Additionally, the purported resolution of the exhaust predicament has proven unsatisfactory. While you assert that the issue has been addressed, it has become apparent that your attempts to rectify the problem were incomplete. You have acknowledged an inability to identify any additional leaks that may exist, revealing a lack of thoroughness in your diagnostic process. Applying a superficial remedy, characterized by the application of a light grey substance to cover specific openings, falls short of industry standards and fails to provide a lasting solution to the underlying issues. To succinctly summarize our concerns:-Inadequate inspection process resulting in the failure to identify critical issues such as the malfunctioning ebrake.-Persistent denial and deflection in addressing the ongoing headlight problem, despite its widely recognized existence.-Superficial resolution of the exhaust predicament, which does not address all potential leaks and disregards industry standards. In light of the aforementioned issues, we demand a suitable resolution be provided by your dealership. We require either:-Full reimbursement of the purchase price, inclusive of all associated expenses.OR,-Arrangements for the immediate repair of all identified defects by an authorized and reputable Mazda service center, at your sole expense. We emphasize that the responsibility for ensuring a safe and reliable vehicle lies squarely with your dealership, as my mother had no reasonable means of anticipating these issues prior to their manifestation. She brought her concerns to your attention in a timely manner, relying on your commitment to address them as promised. Regrettably, your responses have proven evasive and lacking in substance, leaving her with no choice but to seek a more formal recourse. We trust that you will approach this matter with the seriousness it deserves, and we expect a prompt response detailing the steps you will take to address our concerns. Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe may result in the escalation of this matter through legal channels, where we will seek appropriate remedies and remedies for damages incurred. We look forward to your timely response.

Had a great easy experience when buying my 2018 Jeep Compass. Very easy and quick to get the paperwork done. Only issue is, I was told the car had just got new brakes put on by the dealership. Turns out my car needs new brakes again so I don’t think they were changed. Also they said they had changed the Auto Start/Stop battery. But it still does not work.

Excellent service from South Point Auto Plaza! Hassib made trading and purchasing a new car seamless and easy. I probably came in 5 different times, changing my mind on what I wanted. Hassib was patient and accommodating through all my indecisiveness. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the market looking for a car.

My experience trading in my car and purchasing a used vehicle at south point auto went very well. Sam helped me setup a new insurance policy on the spot to deal with an odd situation I was in to be able to drive the new to me vehicle off the lot. I also forgot my apartment gate opener in my traded in vehicle which Sam promptly mailed back to me. Sam also was very patient with me and all my questions throughout the purchase to help me feel confident that it was a good one for me. A big thanks to Sam and south point auto!

Yeah don't buy a Mercedes from this place I bought one less than a month ago and I've had nothing but troubles it's been back 4 times it's been nothing but a stressful headache and they could care less. Sam did try to help but he couldn't help because this vehicle when it was taken in was never fully checked over it was taken in on a trade and given right to me So, basically I got someone else's headache. I just bought another vehicle for my son but I would never go back to this place . I went to another dealership who was wonderful, And they don't sell a car that is gonna have problems the day you pick it up and have to go back and so forth and still have issue not fixed. Unbelievable even if the car is cheap don't buy it because it is not worth it. The father is so disrespectful to women help yelled at me I was in tears ? I have never had a man speak to me that way. Than his son told me things the night before about the car than said he didn't say it the next day. I just wish my husband as with me and wouldn't let him go don't there, when I told him how he spoke to me because I didn't want him to belittle him self and probably go to jail because he was passed. They should not be in business and dealing with customer that way. So not I have to pay to get this car fixed because that couldn't do a good job and be a upstanding place.

I bought a wrx off these guys last week. Dealt with Sam president of South Point all I can say about Sam is he is a man of his word. I inquired about the car from an email did deal all over phone drove 3 hours quick and easy in and out. A lot of nice cars on the lot the guys have good taste in cars. Something Sam said resonated with me, " I take someone's word over a deposit anyday". Was good to see he kept his end of the deal dude even sent me away ordering me some snow tires. Love the car will miss the truck! Thanks Sam and South Point Plaza! Appreciate you dudes!

I looked to inquire about a nissan sentra for 10,900. Figured it was a great price so we test drove it; loved it!. Sam said he would replace the damaged bumper and door seal, wonderful! He was incredibly upfront and helpful during the sales process. We received an offer of sale to bring to our credit union, and placed a deposit to hold the vehicle. Our credit union stated the vehicle was listed $1,000 over the KBB value, and we would have to put that money down. This did not work for our budget at the moment. We called Sam to tell him this, and he asked how the credit union got their pricing info. We gave him the credit union's rep's name and number and he told us he would call us back. We never heard from Sam, we continued shopping around and found a newer, more sale-ready car and purchased it.When we returned to receive our deposit back, Sam was a totally different person. Wouldn't make eye-contact, abrasively asked for my card to put the deposit back. I apologized multiple times, stating the bank told us they couldn't finance the vehicle, and we had to look elsewhere. He said nothing in response and walked away to perform the transaction. He told me to sign for the return and I did. I again apologized for the inconvenience. He simply responded with "so you already bought another car?" To which I responded "yes, I'm sorry, the bank said they couldnt finance yours and I needed a car asap."He nodded, said nothing and walked away. I said "I hope you have a happy new year" ... No response.I get it, times are tough and business is stressful. But just so completely rude and unprofessional. At least give a common courtesy; not all sales work out, some fall through, I've been on that end as a salesman and an employee in a small, family-owned business.I had a very good impression of this business, even though the sale didn't work out. If someone told me hey were looking for a car, I would've said "Check out South Point. They were very helpful and have good priced cars" But your attitude and response to the situation ensured me I will never recommend a friend or colleague there, as I would've most definitely before the awkward and essentially childish situation I had to endure.

Thanks a lot Sam the car you sold Daryl Didia needed breaks like we told you but yet you denied it that was fine but the hole in the radiator the tie rod that was about to fall off which could’ve caused a major accident and a bad coil pack which was misfiring we’re all pretty major the fact that you did not inspect the car prior to selling it or give me a 10 day sticker from DMV makes you a scumbag You have been reported to DMV for not inspecting this vehicle
