My experience at this store has been negative since this guy Todd started working there. I am not sure if as a manager, or who she is but every time I try to place an order for will call he forgets, when we go there to pick up our materials they're not ready and it's happened like four times already. he always gives Customer a hard time like if he doesn't want to bring business in and sometimes when he realizes what he's doing, then he'll be all nice afterwards. I had a return to make, and she gave me such a hard time, I recommend it for the materials, but not for the customer service except this girl that works there. She's always polite and tries her best. If you're going to order materials to pick up, make sure they do have it ready for you otherwise go in person and even though sometimes they mess up the colors.

5/26/21 10 am - Spoke to the store manager, who sounded like a young man. I did not get his name. I needed some technical information about automotive paints. I have to paint my RV - a huge potential paint order. Oh my! It was like pulling teeth. After a long wait while he tended to a customer, he was very reluctant to tell me anything on the phone. I would ask a question, and there was silence on the other end. Had to request multiple times for simple information. Very passive-aggressive behavior. I don't time for this nonsense! I have work to do and its a busy day. These are the questions I asked him: 1. What type of automotive paints do you carry? Silence. 2. Do you carry Acrylic Urethanes? Yes. 3. What is the reducer/ thinner/ solvent? Silence. 4. Is it Lacquer Thinner? Yes. 5. Are these standard colors or custom colors? Silence. 6. Do they come in pre-mixed colors? Yes. 7. Can you customize these colors at the store? Yes. 8. Do you sell pearl pigments? Yes. 9. Is this Mica dust only or does it have color in it? A: What is Mica? I don't know what that is. Me: Mica is what all pearl colors contain. Its a mineral for pearly effect. 10. Are your pigments in dry powder, or paste? Liquid. 11. What is the solvent in the liquid - Xylene, Paint Thinner, Lacquer Thinner? A: I don't know. You are asking me all these questions...! I explained my project. I need to know if your pigments will work with Durabak Bed Liner paint which is a moisture-cured Urethane. "I don't know what Durabak is". I just told you. Don't you know your paints? Apparently not. He did not have a clue about paints, no technical knowledge, yet works in a paint store. Fine. At least have a good attitude and tell me what you DO know so I did not waste time on my phone call. Very disappointed with this store staff. Not acceptable level of knowledge, and unprofessional attitude. Very passive-aggressive behavior and wasted my time with his stalling on information. Not coming here. I'm sure Dunn Edwards will have better staff and products.
