Thanks for the great customer service ?I bought a few gallons of paint two years ago, never opened them... they were sitting in my house.I brought them back to be shaken and the young man working was super helpful, he brought the rolling cart to and from my car because I was unable to carry them.

Stay away! This store is a joke! No one knows what they are doing. I asked for a color match for a window manufacturer and the guy didn’t even understand that the information was in their National data base. And to make matters worse a paint store that has no mixing sticks.

I have been here twice recently for paint. I am working on a project that requires painting wood with a quality exterior oil-based paint, and most of the regular big box stores don't sell oil paint you can tint. Either you must buy Rustoleum in the cans and hope they have a color you want or you are out of luck. S-W carries "All surface enamel paint" in either oil or latex. I chose oil. I needed a certain shade of green and two were close, so I picked out their color chips from the wall. I was told S-W couldn't do either in oil paint. Apparently, the gold tint used to make green (mixed with blue) isn't fade resistant so S-W won't sell colors using their gold tint in the oil line as they cannot warrant it. The computer mixing stations are designed so that you cannot override them and make it anyway... yup, I asked. But, of the colors that are available in green is one called "safety green" and it seemed just as bright as the other two. Go figure. I bought a quart and it proved to be nearly enough. Nearly... grr. So, I went back and bought more. I like that they open at 7AM, so I can go before work. They close weekdays at 6PM, so I can't get their after work. The first time I was there, while picking color chips I heard the employees bragging and swearing about how their store sells more paint than the other stores. I didn't find it professional. When I went back a second time, they were more "conservative" in their mannerisms. With so few places selling oil paint, I will keep coming here for it. I just hope I don't always need green!
