The Sephora location is absolutely amazing, and all of the women who work there are so thoughtful and personable. I came in carrying my very heavy baby and these women all helped me find the perfect make up and hooked me up with some amazing samples. It’s often very hard to go shopping with your kids and as Mom you can sometimes feel ignored, but not at this store. Thank you ladies you’re the best.

Can’t leisurely shop here. Every employee is eyeing you like a hawk. It’s uncomfortable and rude. I’ve worked in retail before and that’s not how you treat customers. I’m 20 yrs old and have the store card, but I’m being followed throughout the whole store. The blonde older lady was giving my friends dirty looks and looking into our bags.

I love shopping at Sephora . Everything is right at your finger tips to try or spritz . So many brands in one convenient location . They always have perks & rewards . Birthday gifts during your birthday month. The prices are great & promos are the best offering extra samples to try . I can find all the latest products . The staff are helpful & friendly . Most times the items are in stock . However the perfume roller balls were not , it was the week of Christmas though . I recommend Sephora

I had to exchange an item that had been used up prior to purchase on the 24th of December. Every employee was lovely, despite the hectic day. Joseph helped me quickly, with patience and good cheer. It could not have been easier. Everyone there deserves a raise.

I cannot say how disappointed I am with your company. First of all when someone uses a coupon and then tries to exchange something they are not allowed to use the discount again even though they are only getting credit for the return amount. I just returned something on January 3rd and I could only get store credit because it was the 30th day and you have to return within 29 days. That, coupled with the fact you cannot return anything you bought at the regular store at the Sephora at Kohl's. Your return and purchase policies are beyond ridiculous. I don't even want to give this company one star.

My visit to Sephora at Colonie Center Mall had both positive and negative moments. Sarah, one of the employees, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to help me find the right foundation shade and concealer. Her patience and care made the experience enjoyable, and I applaud her for it.On the other hand, I had an unpleasant interaction with another employee, Katie. When I asked for the "rare beauty" brand, she seemed dismissive and made a face when she noticed I had an accent while saying "rare." After I mentioned it was the "Selena Gomez brand," she rolled her eyes and corrected me. As an American citizen and proud immigrant, I recognized the insensitivity in her behavior and felt it was not acceptable.I promptly reported the incident to the store manager, but it left me feeling upset and anxious. Discrimination and racism have no place in any workplace, and it's essential for businesses to ensure their employees treat all customers with respect and professionalism. I hope that the store takes appropriate action to address this issue so that others do not have to go through a similar experience.

I usually have a positive experience in this store, but I went to make a return last week and was treated very rudely by “Ro.” I was exchanging a concealer, and I guess my 30 days had passed, so I couldn’t get a full return, but I was exchanging it anyway. Ro got mad at me and said “why didn’t you come before 30 days, you should have come way before if you had an issue with this why’d you keep it over 30 days?” Though she has a nasty attitude with me, I politely told her I wasn’t able to come in as I’m a busy college student with two jobs. I had also bought the concealer on sale, and asked if it would be an even exchange, she continued to keep a disgusting attitude with me, all while her manager stood behind her. She told me no, and then when another manager came by, she asked her and she had absolutely no problem adjusting the price for me. With that being said, I’ve become very discouraged to shop here again and will mostly likely stick to Ulta down the hall for now. She shouldn’t be treating people like that when I was in no violation of the return policy.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE VERBALLY HARASSED! This is the worst Sephora location I have ever been to. My friend and I went into the mall to smell perfumes today. Firstly, we were not approached by a single employee. As you may know, there are drawers under most of the displays containing things like birthday gifts and bags. I curiously opened one of the drawers about half of an inch and immediately closed it NOT touching anything inside. Right after I did this, my friend and I were approached by an older employee with short hair (I am pretty sure her name is “Ro” as I went on the social media page for this location and recognized her). She said “Is there something I can help you with? Because you seem to be all up in my draws” in an aggressive tone. I looked at her and said “um no” as I was caught off guard and had not done anything wrong. She then went “mhmmm” and walked away. I think she was under the impression that I was young and trying to steal something but I am 20 years old and was simply minding my business. I have never been more disturbed in my life I had to immediately leave the store and will never return. Talking to anyone like that is extremely unacceptable, Sephora do better when you hire people!

Very disappointed in the checkout process three people behind the counter, only one cashier. If I will return to Sephora, it will be online only after this experience.

Danielle(great curly hair) was truly amazing!!! She deserves a raise or a bonus!!! she made 2 little girls feel so special. I took my nieces to Sephora for “pick me up” as they just had a traumatic death in the family, & makeup makes everything better. Danielle saw them browsing, came over to help them, they ended up talking with her for awhile, which they absolutely LOVED. But not only did Danielle make them feel seen and heard, she graciously went into the back and put them together each a goodie bag of samples!!! My nieces were amazed and thankful that someone would do this for them! Danielle went above and beyond just being a Sephora employee, she was a gracious and thoughtful human who recognized two little girls needed a dose of kindness and cheer, and did she deliver!! My nieces spoke of how awesome Danielle was the entire ride home. Thank you for showing two little girls that there are good people in the world, and giving them a slice of happy as they process their grief. They will remember this for a long time!!!

Being a “mean girl” is not a personality trait, y’all are grown women acting like you’re in a movie lmao. You work at Sephora, calm down girlies. Definitely the most rude Sephora location in the area. Why are you looking for an argument at work? Seek help.

This store is why I prefer to shop online. Some employees are very kind and helpful. There was one with curly blonde hair and red lipstick today and she was wonderful. Asked us if we needed a basket asked if we need help. One employee has no concept of personal space. I am not thin, I have an hourglass shape and it is infuriating when employees try to squeeze past people in between the displays at the end of the aisle. One can't look around since someone is always walking in the narrow aisle. My worst encounter was of a blonde woman with a black hat and a Sephora t shirt just look at me with a stern rude look. Then she walked away. It made me uncomfortable. She greeted another blonde teen customer just fine. Just because I was busy picking up a product doesnt mean you can't greet or smile. Then again, God exists and how you treat people will come back to you. I will not return.
