Messed up 10 of my transactions at 2 locations in 4 months. Always make an error with my rent which I catch, sent my credit card to my old adress even though my new one is on file. I understand mistakes happen but this is neglect. Paid out 200 of a 300$ transaction stay away far away.

Constant problems with online banking after they merged with Capcom. I am planning to move to another bank, this is a sloppy operation built around cost cutting and it shows.

I do NOT recommend this credit union. Everything takes 7-10 business days here. I fell behind on bills when I first applied for a debit card here because rather than getting it right away like I did with my previous credit union, I actually had to wait 3 business weeks (monday-friday ×3). Now I'm going to fall behind again because I had to file a dispute and supposedly that is also going to take "7 to 10 business days." Today is Friday which means that i will be waiting at least two weeks to get my money back. Once again, I do NOT recommend this credit union.

Staff always get helpful. Weekend access would be nice.

Customer services was poor teller was very rude. Waited over 20 minutes for a CSR on a friday. Only one CSR was scheduled meanwhile that CSR was not assisting any customers.

Customer service and loan services no longer what they once were. With size comes a more corporate mentality.

There hardly ever a line at this branch. The staff are helpful and courteous.
