Simply put I had been with Cap Com for 17 years, and Broadview is a mess. Questions can't get answered, old accounts on my snapshot, Supervisors,/Managers don't want to come to the phone.
I don't care how many branches you have, I have found another credit union and taking my money there. Roy

I was perfectly happy with capcom and since the merger am aggressively searching for a new financial institution. At capcom you could go to any line and get a replacement debit card now you have to sign up and wait in the lobby for what used to be an almost instant transaction. The online banking used to show things in real time, now balances aren't adjusted for a day or more after a purchase but if you make a purchase and things haven't updated you end up with an insufficient fund charge... it's 2024 and I'm using online banking I should not have to keep my own leger to avoid charges from the institution. In my opinion they made something that was good into something that stinks.

I got on the phone to figure out what was going on with the mobile app today and the most polite well mannered gentleman informed me what was going on and helped me close one of my accounts I had 10/10

This Bank operates however it sees fit, rude employees, under educated employees, closes accounts whenever it sees fit. Pull your money or they are just going to take it. What a joke.

Heather Alderman has such poor service, I have no idea how she became a manager. She has poor attitude, disrespectful, show lazy/poor work ethics. I will not be visiting this branch due to her.

My wife and I have been with SEFCU ever since they acquired Saint Peter's Hospital credit union years ago ( HEFCU ) and they were located on Rt. 155 in Pine Bush. And as everyone knows they have now become Broadview Federal Credit Union,but personally, I don't care what they call themselves as long as they keep providing the absolutely awesome customer service that they've provided us with all of these years!!!Broadview Federal Credit Union has continued providing us with excellent service , for example when someone somehow got our credit card number and charged almost $800.00 for basketball tickets in Atlanta , Broadview immediately canceled my credit card, issued new cards to us , removed the charge from my statement, and opened a fraud investigation, and we received our new cards in about 5 business days,IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!Broadview has had our business for year's now , and we plan on staying, they're wonderful people and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

Veterans day and my card glitches. Had little cash. Phone tree couldn't even leave a message. Tried setting up online. Almost got it. Except it declined my personal info. Kept trying purposely adding an extra z to every box to find out whichever info was wrong. Apparently I don't know my phone number. They are proud to sAY wE support Veterans. What do they? DO extra percentage interest on savings? Im a Veteran HAD a loan nothing there. Makes them "LOOK " good for pr points. I was in front of their bank a 30% disabled vet with little cash. 1/2 a years pay in their possession. No way to contact anyone not phone not email not even a 3rd party call center. Pony express pigeons. Smoke signals. I'm going to there bank and withdrawal it all. I can't trust their customer service. Or the support teams. How can I be sure they won't give me a bad check . A dollar bill says on it legal tender for ALL debts public and private. I want All in cash. Maybe we'll be on the news

Been waiting 13 buisness days and still no new debit card, 17 total days without one makes life real fun would recommend not using SEFCU so many other options
