One of the worst banks possible. If you're even a cent in the negatives, they charge 28 dollars and put you more into the red. Even if you catch it as it happens. Call services hang up on you 9 times out of 10. And if I mess up on my pin once, it locks my card for a whole 24 hours. Please take your money and move it somewhere...
