Our local hardware store recommended visiting Security when I came to them with a specific question about diy replacing my shower/bath hardware. William at Security was super helpful and kind! He brainstormed with me (and my nonexistent plumbing skill set) and ultimately set me up to do the job on my own! And he offered my 3-year-old a lollipop while we were there. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind!

We had the misfortune to build during Covid. We are reasonable people, understanding that there are supply chain issues, however, we have yet to receive items that we ordered January 2021 to complete our house! Every time we call for any information on the status…radio silence. We just want an answers. Not a phone call or email is ever returned. I do not recommend working with this company or any of their sales people.We’ve given up on waiting for any answers at this point, but still patiently waiting for the remaining items.

I've been doing plumbing and heating since 1975 and Security Supply has always been been my# 1 go to Supply house. Whenever I need parts, they have them or they'll get them for me in a short period of time. They've always been terrific. ☆☆☆☆☆

Came in for one item couldn't find it wasn't helped. When I finally asked their answer was put on a mask. Can I just cover? Just put on a mask for me will you!!There were others in there with face coverings so idk. There are lots of places that aren't forcing me so I'll buy from them

We wanted to purchase 5 hybrid water heaters for our rental property in Schenectady and this company wouldn’t take a credit card! They wanted a bank check only! I never heard of such a ridiculous demand! I would not recommend this company!!!
