I have come into the store a few times. Absolutely loved the one taller white person with striped hair in a pony and the older black lady. I am horrible with names, but they make my experience with picking up supplies very easy and enjoyable. Only reason why it's 3 stars was because there was this employee, shorter girl with glasses, that was making me and my partner VERY uncomfortable. She kept stating she wanted to die every few sentences, and when I said I wanted to lift my partner's hair from a 6 to a 10, she said "oh ewww does he hate himself?". Very uncalled for...

They had the same products as any other Sally's but I could tell I was being followed around by the manager and it's extremely offensive. As a Black woman it's hurtful and it's probably because of the location. The attitudes at Latham location and other locations I've been to in the area are nothing like it and I probably won't come back to this one. It's not subtle if you follow me back directly, adjust a box, hover over me and then abandon your coworker at the front to sit in the break room and keep a look out! Learn to be more subtle or less discriminatory!

Do your research and don’t ask for help. This lady told me 1 bottle was enough and my hair was light enough. It took over 2 bottles (had to leave my hair half done) and my hair was not light enough for the grey to show up. Just wasted my money because she didn’t know what she was talking about

This is the worst store ever.. The workers are very rude and they have no patience also they close at 5pm and they close early at 4:30pm.. this is the worst place ever don’t come here you would have a horrible experience..

I haven't been to this store in YEARS due to previous poor management. However, yesterday I had to stop by and my experience with the manager, Katee, was AMAZINNGGGG. SO helpful, so experienced, and so knowledgeable. I was nervous about COVID and such and she kept her distanced but still made me feel comfortable and at home in there. She truly was so awesome!!! Please shop at this sally's beauty store y'all you will not regret!!!!!!!! xoxo :)

The staff was very knowledgeable about the hair care products for my type of hair. Her advice was on point and her products worked on the first try! They may be a bit pricey, but you can't get the education about the different products for your specific type of hair from the BSW.

I went to Sally’s to purchase a detangling brush for my daughter because she had lost hers. Not using the brush at all because I found that a comb worked better for her hair, I went to go return the brush the following day, which once again WAS NOT USED and still had the tag on it hoping to get my $20 I spent on the brush back. I read the return policy thoroughly before entering back into the store, and no where does it say that I will not be able to get my Cash back from the return of a hairbrush, not even a full day after purchase. Long story short, I go in for the return and the young lady is denying being able to give me the cash back because “the corporate systems won’t allow it.” And forced me to take store credit. This store credit is now useless to me and I will not be shopping here ever again as well as informing my page of 50k+ followers of the ridiculous return policy from Sally’s beauty.

I went in to get advice on purchasing items for gel nails and already had a $187 UV lamp in my basket and still had to buy everything else. I asked the salesperson for help - I just needed to know what products were a necessity such as base coat, top coat, etc... She said they are no longer allowed to give advice. I wasnt looking for polish color advice, I was asking what do I NEED in order to start and she couldn't help. I'll order off Amazon from now on.
