I didn’t end up using his service, as we decided to wait on fixing my jewelry. But I wanted to leave a review on the absolute joy it was to speak with Robert and Nat(I believe it the very lovely lady who initially helped me at the store.) the entire experience was amazing. He gave me several options to fixing the ring, even showing me a model of the new cast for it. He was knowledgeable and super kind. In the end, even though we did not go with his suggestions, I will be back with any jewelry needs in the future.

When I met Eli a couple months ago I knew immediately he was about his business but more importantly his craft, I had Eli make a custom for me and the pendant came out amazing, I would definitely recommend shopping over at Robert fine jewelry and working with Eli he’s truly a man of his word !

Just stopped in for a watch battery change. I met Eli and was impressed by his knowledge and friendly disposition.
Learned they are real jeweller's, not just another⁷ salesperson looking for a commission.
I will be back with my wife soon.
Highly recommended .
Update. Returned with my wife and experienced one the most pleasant experiences discussing our needs. They really spent time with us to inform us of options available. We left with smiles on our faces and a sense of trust in our minds.

I can't say enough good things about Robert Fine Jewelry! Great communication, fantastic customer service, expert craftmanship, I could go on! I cannot say enough good things about this place, and will forever recommend them for all things jewelry. My center stone of my engagement ring was quite literally spinning inside of my setting and I knew I needed someone to fix it. My husband purchased it online, so we didn’t really have a specific jeweler to bring it back to. We called Robert Jewelry to see if they’d fix it, and were told to bring it in for them to see. We were greeted promptly by Eli, who was kind and welcoming. After Robert was finished with his customer, he came over with the warmest smile and immediately told us he could fix it within the day. He didn’t want to charge us anything to fix it, and he took my wedding band as well and cleaned that too. We will be going back as soon as I get back from vacation to get my rings reset! Thank you again Eli and Robert!! You two were phenomenal.

The owner Robert made my special request to have a piece custom made for me just PERFECT! Not only does Robert care about your satisfaction 100 percent but he will make you feel like you’re the most important person to him to please you the moment you meet him. My request for a special ring was not something any jeweler would take on and he, right from the start said I will figure something out. My heart was racing, I was so happy! Not only did he create the most beautiful ring and setting I ever could imagine, but his expertise is unmatched. He explained the process and gave me many helpful tips for caring for my piece. Most of all it made me feel this piece was something to cherish years to come as his kindness though the process made it something I will treasure a lifetime! Thank you Robert from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ You’re the BEST!

Stopped by Robert to get a new wedding band made (lost my first one fishing in the rain) and I wanted a shop that had a bench and wouldn’t just send my work out somewhere to get done. I got more than I bargained for! Elias and his father Robert made the process of getting a new wedding band made quick and easy, and they were able to make any adjustments I needed when I picked it up because they are real jewelers and not just shopkeepers. They’re also incredibly friendly guys. The work was great, the pricing was transparent, and they did it in less than 48 hours. Couldn’t recommend them more for anything jewelry or watch related in the region.

This place is amazing soon as I walked in the doors I was greeted with by the most welcoming individuals they treated me like family. When I told them what I wanted they explained step by step processes of how it will be made. They kept me up to date on when each step was done and sent me photos along the way. I really recommend Robert fine jewelry. They did a absolute amazing job on the piece I had them make and they blew my expectations away.

I stopped by Roberts to get a link in a chain repaired and had a great experience with them and incredibly fast service. Everyone there is so kind and very honest (which I appreciate). I definitely will be coming back with all my jewelry needs! 10/10
