I called ahead so as not to make an unnecessary trip; I explained I had a low-volume job, using special paper. But when I got there, I was told: we don't do walk-ins for low volume work; you should go to Staples. What a waste of time. They need to get their story straight.

This is a fantastic company. I was really struggling to find a good printing company since I moved away from my go-to "Berkshire Print Shop," but this was more than I expected. Most places close at like 3 or 4PM on weekdays and REM closes a little later, thankfully. They could print my posters within an hour and even though I asked for black and white, they gave me color, free of charge, as a first time customer. They really went above and beyond when I was in a pinch for a good print shop and no doubt, I will be back soon for new business card prints. Special bonus: they have a very cute, sweet dog who will greet you when you pick up your stuff. It's a family-owned company! Thank you thank you. ALLAX appreciates it.

Matt has always been a hands on provider and partner. Whenever we're doing an event, we come to him and REM Print first.
