Sure don't understand the negative reviews (except the ones left by unreasonable people). Have used them over the years to purchase items and their stringing service, always with excellent results. After placing an order this past week, I received an email informing me that a couple items were out of stock (even though it wasn't reflected on the website). Tried to call Mike to rectify the situation, but he was off Friday the 17th. Nate (hopefully I remember correctly), was glad to reorder for me and I received the amended order in three days. Refreshing to deal with real people. They have a "mom and pop" feel with huge selection of products and services that chain stores can't touch. Use them mostly for racquetball but am very appreciative that they carry handball equipment too.

The site prominently advertises free 1-2 day delivery on orders over $99, I placed my order on 5/4 but delivery is not scheduled until 5/10. In what world is that 1-2 day delivery??

I ordered a racket from RacquetWorld. I believe it is defective Nothing visible to the eye. When I called them up they immediately sent me a new racket with a return label. I am a big fan of service like that. Very nice helpful customer service.

I have spent thousands last few years here on racquets, shoes, bags etc. prices ok deliveries as promised. Recently I bought an EForce racquet. Not satisfied with feel, sweet spot (lack of). Anyway I used it for maybe 2 months. I will buy another Gearbox which I usually buy from them. Requested a discount to comp for the unsatisfactory EForce. Could have been a small discount. Woman on the phone could not have been more indifferent. Just no. Couldn’t be bothered to check my account to see what I’ve purchased. That is the last time I will buy anything from them

Tony was great. Very helpful, weighed several paddles for me, ended up with a beautiful Selkirk paddle. Lots of inventory too!
