I arrived on time to my appointment and check in was easy. I was brought back to one of the rooms promptly. The blood draw was quick and easy. The woman who took my blood was very professional!

The office was clean and the staff friendly, but they overly rely on technology for scheduling, billing, results etc. You cannot connect to a live human when you call! Every extension is a pre taped message. This is very bad for customer service.

No way to contact them by phone. They quite literally divide you from the doctors calling and then hang up the phone on you. They claim you can easily access help via the website but that is a lie.

Staff was very rude to me, and they were late calling me in for blood work. They are slow and there are better places worth your time.

Hours are too limited for working people and there never seems to be appointments available when you need them due to this being the only place to go to for my insurance within a half an hour drive from my house. People working there are good and friendly, just times are too limited when insurance only covers Quest. They need to open more locations and/or extend their hours till 5pm or some night hours.
