Well is nothing like their website picture... No gym, no good tv signal, blankets had stains, no hot tub, no good pool, no good breakfast or hot breakfast and no sofa in the room. The room number was hand maid with a pencil. No fire pit( it was painted rocks insted of a fire pit) Rooms were dark, and it felt like walking into a cave. Not a good experience. Is old and don't smell good. It sad cause I hoped my friend would enjoy her bday but she and my kids were disappointed ?. It looked like a cheap 3rd world country motel. Never again.

Only needed the room for the night so I wasn’t too picky about where we stayed. It’s outdated but that was posted in the lobby along with a kind note about them being in the middle of renovation and thanking guests for their understanding. Gentleman at the front desk was lovely. The bed was a 7/10, just comfortable enough for a good nights sleep but don’t expect to be sleeping on a cloud haha. I’m not familiar with the area but I will say it was confusing pulling in and seeing a run down old building(thinking we were at the wrong location) after the immediate turn in but just go further back to the right and it’s there! Decent stay overall!

This is located 5 minutes from Old Colonie mall and 15 minutes from Crossgates. There is a huge variety of restaurants within 10 minutes or less. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was helpful, friendly and always available. Breakfast had waffles, pasties, cereals, fruit, yogurt and juices or coffee. There is a Cumberland Farms. Dunkins and Dairy Queen next to the hotel. Cumberland Farms is open late and sells alcohol.

Stay away from this hotel. Dirty rooms, noise making AC units, bad location, stale breakfast, bad coffee… list can go

It was obvious when I checked in that the sheets were not changed on the bed. They stank and there was a fecal stain. This place is disgusting. Never staying at a quality inn

Do not stay here if you're a nonsmoker. We just had to desert this place during the night because our room became a toxic nightmare of cigarette smoke. The night guy on duty -- who had a pack of cigs in his pocket -- said he couldn't help us, but knew that it was a problem because visitors ignored the rules. The bed covers were stained, and my son informed me that in the first room we were assigned -- the manager had switched us from a double to single without our permission -- had it's smoke detector removed. I still have a headache and sore throat the following morning.

Location is correct, however the rooms are not adequately prepared and cleaned. We found an old damp towel in the bathroom, and the sheets (with stains) on the bed simply don't fit. When starting the shower, the water was black, then orange, then mostly clear... Cannot recommend.

Stay at your risk. This location smells of strong spicy cooking that enters your room. I felt unsafe since there was no proper lock on the door. The floors in the room are sticky and dirty and we kept all items on the tile, just in case there were bugs we didnt see. The sheets had blood and other stains all over, along with the pillows. The tub and bathroom were not clean and I felt as though we needed a tetanus shot after showering. The showerhead was so dirty that we needed to let it run for a few mins to allow the dirt and stuff to release. When asked to accommodate or refund, we were always told the manager was not available, even though she and her family live in the building and in the rooms near mine. With so many options available, I wouldn't risk my health or safety to stay at this place.

Though a price of $125 per night may seem appealing, there were several issues. We walked into an extremely warm and stuffy lobby. There was a young man working behind the desk wearing what appeared to be an undershirt and had ear buds. Our room was very small with very basic amenities There was only a tiny bar to hand clothes but it was clean and the bad was comfortable.. Finally, the fitness center was a small room which was tucked away behind a tiny pool area. It was about 87 degrees with no ventilation and smelled of chlorine that I felt was unsafe to workout in. PS..The morning staff were very nice and accommodating including giving us a later check out.

A good location, but availability and helpfulness of staff changed drastically with different shifts. The rooms were basic compared to other Quality Inns, and they needed some maintenance. The showers were low pressure, for instance, and the AC was extremely loud to the point it disturbed sleep.Breakfast was subpar, no proteins on offer of any kind, just waffles, bagels, toast, etc. Juice dispenser was out of order.Checkout was simple, however, once you could get staff to come to the front desk.

Clean, comfy bed, friendly front desk service, nice bathroom, seemed recently renovated with a cool mirror light and a shower head with decent water flow and pressure. Had everything we needed and good value. We’ll be back.

It’s not the Hilton. However, if you need a clean comfortable room for a night at a reasonable price this is a good place to stay. I have never used the pool or other amenities. Stay there when I’m in town for work. Rooms are very clean.Food & drinks: This hotel is in a central location with all sorts of restaurants and bars around. All levels of dining. From fast food to nice sit down restaurants

Staff mistreating, threatening, untrained, and outdated and fraud hotel! I never write any reviews but had to write this so that others don't have to undergo what I faced. The worst hotel I've been in my entire life. From the moment I entered the place, the staff mistreated me. Upon entering I asked the front desk person thrice but I was ignored like I didn't exist. Upon loudly asking that I wanted to check-in I was told that look at that corner it says check-in at 3 p.m. I told that I had requested an early check-in and based upon that I went ahead with the booking. Finally after some discussion I was told to pay 10$ extra and take the room in an hour. I agreed and didn't want to argue because I had an important exam to give and wanted to stay there for some days. I requested to keep my luggage till I got the room. The guy acted like he was doing a very big favour to me and shooed me (like an animal) to go to the 1st floor and wait, I tried taking the elevator but it was not working (the buttons were missing and it was not functional). Finally I got out and contacted booking.com through which I had booked the place about the mistreatment and how dirty and broken the place was. They contacted the hotel for cancellation, while I was standing out the guy came running out and started arguing that I contacted booking.com. I told him that I didn't want to stay there upon which he told me to take my luggage and get out. Since I had very less time to get involved in anything and rush for my important exam I said fine. When I was taking out my luggage he shut the door on my face and told me that they wouldn't refund my money for that night. He told me think if you want to stay for tonight or your money is gone. He further explained me about rules that booking has to be cancelled 24 hours prior. However, at the time of the booking they had told me if I didn't like the place I could leave at any time and entire amount will be refunded. Leaving aside that, this was clearly an exceptional case because I faced this while at the hotel, had I not showed up or cancelled the booking it would have been a different case. All this was happening before I was even assigned a room. I was very much concerned about me safety at the place and moved out as quickly as I could and called 911 and informed them about the entire situation and concerning my safety. After being disrespected, mistreated, threatened, mentally harassed and wasting my time, the hotel had the audacity to still keep my money and not refund it till date. Neither did booking.com refund my money for the night based on whose reliance I had booked the hotel or even bother to provide me an alternative accommodation. I tried to reach out to Choice Privileges (under which this hotel forms a chain) and informed them about my situation, they created a case but didn't take any action against it. On 6th day when I reached to them to check the status they offered me some points which is nothing to the refund and the amount I wasted to book a hotel last minute, take cabs, waste my time and undergo hell lot of torture. I have travelled globally but never faced anything as horrible as this!

So I stayed here because my sons baseball team did for a tournament. This hotel is basically a step above camping. The hair dryer didn't work, mini fridge didn't work, bed sheets didn't fit the bed. When you layed down, the sheets would pop off exposing the mattress. Towels and sheets had stains. Don't bother calling the front desk, they will ignore you. Definitely a No Frills Hotel.
