“I have been using Crestwood Pharmacy from the beginning, March 2005. Jay and his staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. If I need meds they don't have, which is rare, they will either try to get them or refer to another pharmacy. I also get the various shots that I need, pneumonia, covid, flu. I highly recommend Crestwood Pharmacy over the big box pharmacy.”

Kris is a hidden gem of a pharmacist and I am so glad to have switched over to this pharmacy from one of the big national chains that was unreliable.Is it a smaller pharmacy? Yes. Does that mean at peak times you might have to wait for a person or two in front of you? Yes. That’s not the staff’s fault. The staff here more than makes up for it with their quality work and professional approach.They have the resources of the large national chains with a small town feel. They generally answer the phone, so I can order my medication and get on with my day.”

“This review is regarding the CVS pharmacy located at 415-417 Delaware Avenue in Albany, NY. I think the CVS store itself is terrific! It is always clean, the aisles are always clear, it is usually well stocked and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is hit or miss. If you are lucky enough to be there while the pharmacist Michael is working then you are definitely going to have a positive experience as he is super friendly, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer your questions or give a helping hand in any way he is able. CVS should know and recognize how lucky they are to have a fantastic model employee such as Michael and his efforts should not go unnoticed! However, there is another pharmacist that works on occasion that I do not think as highly of. But that is all I will say about her due to the fact I do not want to be treated any worse than I already am when she is working.”

“It’s such a great place and I have nothing but good experiences with the CVS pharmacy especially with the pharmacist but that trans pharmacy tech likes to play games so you better watch out because she picks and chooses. She charged me for a copayment When I spoke to for my insurance company after I left, they told me I have no copayment with any of my medication‘s so like I said, you have to watch out because she is the type. And this is a gay man speaking, want the customers to be so respectful because she think people straight as soon as she gets a idea that you’re gay or she you ask her or you talk to her in a gay terminology her Attitude changes. Yet people want you to talk to them respectfully? But I don’t have to be respectfully I could show everybody else in their respect To get a different type of speech.”

“I’ve never had a problem with this CVS location. Employees have assisted me with my requests. This is a location in a rough area with a sometimes rough crowd of customers. I feel for the employees that work here because it’s not easy. Due to Albany going down hill they have had to hire armed security. Working there is no picnic and I treat employees with respect and I don’t come here looking for an epiphany. I do my business and leave without crying about who has or doesn’t have an attitude. This store benefits me.”
