Check out the breeders listed on the paperwork. Just a quick google will tell you a lot.They’re shipped in from some of the worst states for puppy mills. The “purebred” paperwork is not akc, it’s a random agency. Pricing is considerably higher than a local quality breeder. Puppies appear to be healthy, but contain breeding faults. Do your research and don’t buy a live animal from a mall.Edited to add: the breeders that I saw were never inspected. You can look that up online. There was a male name at one business inspected once in 2022. Nothing before or since, and not valid since the breeder listed was a woman. The breeders have zero online presence.. which screams Amish farmers, who treat their dogs like livestock. Suspicious all around.

I want to thank Lauren from Pet Zone, she was super helpful and informative with the process of selecting and taking home our new family member. Went in to look around the store a few weeks ago, and had seen a few of the puppies in the circular gates but no bed, toys or pee pads? I felt very upset with this fact and thought have these puppies ever seen or touched actually grass before adoption and if so when? And the fact that the puppies out on the floor in the gates and left with no comfort or entertainment and have to pee on a hard wood floor where people step and they walk on. Hope this gets sorted out soon for the better.

Very rude staff. The lady behind the counter was to busy flirting with Security, then she was about her job, told us we could not see a dog unless we paid for it tonight. Well let's just say I will never step foot in that place ever again, same with all the people I know. The owner should have a look at the staff that works there.

came into this store yesterday because I'm interested in purchasing a puopy but not sure yet what I will like. But Ally was very helpful with trying to match the right dog with me. Very professional very respectful. Highly recommend working with Ally :)

Was in the store this past Sunday with my husband to look at & play with the white French bulldog. This location let store is by far the cleanest that I have been to yet. You can definitely see how much the staff cares about the well being of the ouppies. The sales person that helped me was the young girl named Ally she was beyond helpful very patient with me and very knowledgeable about the dogs. She definitely satisfied all of my needs and questions. very professionalI highly recommend working with Ally and I will DEFINITELY be back in the future
