They don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t provide a happy experience what so ever.Also if your not paying attention to price they charge to up charge you. False advertisements. They advertise the set in the glass cases with price listed underneath each item but when you get to the counter it’s a whole different story.Also had a bracelet which said $115 and then at check out they tried to charge me $175. Shame on you!

My husband recently just bought me 2 new bracelets charms and a ring a month ago and one bracelet doesn't stay closed and one is very loose so we went in tonight to see if we can get them fixed and also get some new valentines day charms for our mothers. He has felt some off feelings shopping in this location before but tonight i witnessed it myself and got it on camera. Everytime my husband walked by one of the employees they would close the jewlery drawer and look back making sure he wasnt too close(as if he would rob or steal from her or the drawer). After i seen this and recorded it we sat by the door talking about how" i cant believe what i just seen" and how "i no longer wanted to spend money in there." While we were talking another employee came over and asked if we needed any help with anything and i had told her what just happened and how i was feeling and she said ok and walked right away from us without a care or concern. Im very tempted to put the video up for people to see the disgusting interaction but im just going to wait and speak to corporate.

We went here around the holidays to pick out a gift. The product was great, but I felt so sorry for the two employees. It was crowded, and they were trying their best to keep everything flowing but the wait was still crazy. Obviously, it was the holidays....I just wish there were more employees to help customers and help with the store in general. Respect to the employees for their patience.

Don’t buy from them. Worst company ever. They’ll sell you junk then refuse to stand behind it. Their rings fall apart and they give you the run around. Stones falling out in under a year and they won’t do anything. My daughter is devastated. company is garbage.

Location has become less than helpful and downright unreliable. I have ordered online 3 times and had difficulties picking up each time. They locked the doors early with other customers inside and wouldn't let me in just to pick up an online order. (Also the closing time listed here is wrong, the mall they are in closes at 7 and so do they. Not sure why they keep updating it with the wrong time)

Website says they open at 10am close at 11pm but they actually open at 11am and close at 7pm. Would have been nice to know that before hand stood out in front of the door from a whole hour with 9 other people made me late for an appointment!

Just drove 20 minutes and they are closed. The hours listed online are wrong or they closed early. The employees were in the store still and they wouldn't even acknowledge me. ?

Covid regulations in place for sure. 2ppl allowed in at a time to maintain employees and patrons safety. Great selection and extremely clean!. Only downside was attentiveness of staff could have led to lower wait times in line. It seemed they were fighting to bag things at one main counter and cash out at one register while distributing multiple ipads for check out. It seems to be more troublesome for the staff being that they would have to wait on you at a kiosk and make multiple trips to the main register for product payment, bagging items and charging ipads. Maybe a small kart at each kiosk with everything they need would better assist the staff at finalizing sales. Less running around would help with wait times and secure more sales. Not to mention easier work leads to happier employees. Still a great experience ?

So don't leave ur group bc apparently you won't go in. So apparently this store still going by the "cdc rules" I waited for a few minutes watching my father and daughter. Theres about six associates only 2 customers being helped. Once I saw my family going check out figure ill go check she was getting. Nope I get stop staying not aloud to go in bc have to be someone able to serve me but I said twice I just wanted to see my daughter for a minute wasn't planing staying in to look or anything.. but nope only certain amount people are aloud in. Seriously? not aloud to see my daughter... ok u had other associates were helping no one ( not that I needed any service) but yet you had no sign anywhere on your windows on what number of people were aloud in. So hope you feel stupid realizing I was leaving with my family. Not coming to your store again.

Dint go here for pandora issues they won't help you. Over priced jewelry too. Everything they have is 2-300 more then what it's listed on website.
