I took my mother's original engagement to Northeastern Fine Jewelry to have it rebuilt. The attention that Barbara gave me, knowing how much this meant to me, was amazing. When I went to pick it up, it was everything I could have hoped for and more! It looked exactly as I remembered when my mom wore it! The care and detail Ray and his team took to make this perfect again can not be measured in words. I would recommend this store for any of your jewelry needs. Go there and ask for Barbara, and she will make your experience worth every penny and your vision a reality!

Northeastern Fine Jewelry in Albany was the only place I trusted to design and create a unique custom band to sit on top of my existing engagement ring and wedding band. Meaghan worked tirelessly with me in building this piece to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned. From the initial drawing, to the digital imaging of the piece, to the silicone mold of the ring to physically try on before they made the final ring, she was there every step of the way. She called, sent texts, emailed and met with me in person to make sure the ring was exactly what I wanted. It was so reassuring to have an experienced jeweler (with great taste) such as Meaghan there to advocate for me, make suggestions, and help me build a beautiful piece that I am beyond excited to wear for the rest of my life! I cannot speak highly enough about Northeastern Fine Jewelry in Albany and their manager Meaghan. Since my husband bought my engagement ring there back in 2019 Meaghan has always went above and beyond every time I see her to always make sure I am happy. She is extremely kind and is always willing to work with us. I have bought multiple pieces of jewelry from Meaghan over the years for both myself and my family and each time she exceeds my expectations. There is no other Manager or fine jewelry store I would buy from. Cannot recommend this store and Meaghan enough!

Can not recommend Meaghan and NEFJ enough. I was nervous going in not knowing what to expect as far as price and selection. Meaghan was able to put together exactly what I had pictured in my head. Walked out with something much nicer than I had imagined. Will only be going to Meaghan and NEFJ for any future dealings.

I bought both my wife's engagement ring, along with both of our wedding bands from NEFJ. For the engagement ring, we worked with Lynn and Hike to make a custom setting. It was perfect and a great experience. They are great about not being pushy but rather taking time with everyone to make sure you will love what you purchase. The maintenance plan makes keeping everything protected and looking like new easy. The entire staff is always very friendly and accommodating when we drop off and pick up. We love our wedding bands and engagement ring and would recommend them to anyone in the market.

My husband and I went to NEFJ today to look for a wedding band. Lynn W greeted us with a smile (without judgement of our muddy boots and work clothes!). I immediately felt at ease to ask her questions, and was not at all pushed into purchasing or made to feel lesser than. Purchased their service plan on all of our wedding bands.... Their employee advised we didn't need to continue to come get them cleaned. Well now I am missing a diamond and they are doing nothing to help even though it was their employee who told us to stop coming because I can't remember their name. To boot- they never recorded any of the times I was there to get it cleaned. So it looks like we just didn't hold out end the service plan.Never again. We'll be shopping locally from now on.

This is the only place I will go from now on. I went for a engagement ring because my wife lost hers. Not only was I happy, my wife was blown away. And I got diamond earrings for her as well. It’s our 20 year anniversary this year she got it early. Well Done guys and girls Well Done.

Lynn was a great help!! I have never been through the ring buying process and from start to finish she was a great help. From explaining things i had no idea that existed, it was very helpful to go through each step and know exactly what i was looking at/ buying with full transparency from the whole team. Dennis is the absolute best. Whether it was watches, engagement rings or wedding bands he helped me out with everything. I can also guarantee you’ll never find a more entertaining jeweler!
