Nice staff, BEST COOKIES EVER. Better than Insomnia for sure. I literally ate 3 of the gooey warm cookies in the car as soon as we got them. Will be coming back to stock up on cookies :)

Cookies taste ok but the service is horrible. Every time i order its a different story sometimes they can deliver and sometimes they say its outside the delivery area but they still process the charge in the card and i have to wait until they refund. So many excuses like they had no power when i know power was just fine. They just dont deserve the to get any business. If you dont want to sell just dont open.

Ran out of everything and told us after our orders were placed. Ordering was so confusing as Grubhub locked us out of ordering when they were still opening. Forced to use their own website was sketch and definitely regret using my payment info with them. Additionally, Staff was definitely not helpful and there is no signage for the store which looks like it's on the bottom floor of a sperm bank. The cookies are generic looking and small not to mention overpriced. You could do better with just nestle and an easy bake oven. Don't recommend. Btw, their milk is just hood cartons which are way to much. Save time and money and literally go anywhere else or bake at home.

WOW!!! What a great concept! I was craving cookies and went on trusty Yelp for guidance. I'm so glad I found Nocturnal Cookies! I placed a pre-order through Yelp since I placed it before their opening time of 7pm. I was set to have the cookies delivered by 8pm. They actually came just a few minutes before 8, no complaints! I ordered the 6 pack with 4 chocolate chunk, 1 peanut butter, and 1 oatmeal raisin. The chocolate chunk are amazing! Definitely not your average chocolate chip cookie. Give them a try for sure. I have to say though, the peanut butter cookie totally stole the show! I have never had a PB cookie like this one! It was warm, filled with yummy PB, and perfectly sweet! I wished I ordered more of those. The oatmeal raisin is also good, but nothing extraordinary about it tbh. All of the cookies were delivered warm, which made them taste even better imo. I paired my cookies with a pint of 2% milk, can't go wrong with that! I'm not from the area but I will definitely order again if I'm back in town!

So disappointed. When I moved to Albany in March, I came across Nocturnal Cookies and had nothing but positive experiences until this one. I placed a delivery order on the Nocturnal Cookies website, and when it arrived my order was completely incorrect. I called the restaurant, thinking that they would just send out a new, correct order, but I was wrong. I explained my situation to the man on the phone at Nocturnal Cookies who initially suggested that I just call the delivery driver and see if I had been given the wrong order. When I explained that I thought it might be a mixup on the restaurant's end, (my name was on the box) the man asked me "well what would you like me to do?" and i asked that he send a new order. He insisted that I would need to "exchange" the cookies when the driver arrived with the new order (which wasn't a concern, the order wasn't what I'd asked for anyway). When I said that was okay, he said "the driver won't give you your new order if you don't give the old one back". I again assured the man that this wouldn't be an issue, and at this point I'm frustrated and feeling like he doesn't believe me. About 15 minutes later, I got a call from Nocturnal Cookies saying that my replacement order was on the way. About 5 minutes after that, I received another call saying "never mind, it was a mixup with grubhub and they won't give us your order back so we're giving you a refund instead." So, 1. For some reason, the guy at Nocturnal Cookies seemed to think that I was being dishonest about my order being incorrect and was incredibly rude throughout my first interaction with him And 2. They wanted to send me an order that had already been dropped off with someone else? And 3. I'm not sure what was preventing them from sending out a new order I won't be ordering from Nocturnal Cookies again, which is disappointing considering that I used to order about once a month. Not worth the hassle.

I've been hearing about this place for awhile. Last night, I felt like I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I ordered online and it was delivered within 3 minutes of the projected time. The cookies arrived warm and were so delicious. The ice cream was so creamy and tasty too. The next day, I finished the cookies and they still tasted amazing! I will definitely order again.

Loved this place! A little tricky to find, but definitely worth it! The wait once you order your cookies is far and you receive fresh warm cookies. The staff offer you the option to walk around the building or you can just watch tv and enjoy the smell of baking cookies

I loved the review that describes this place as a cookie speakeasy!" Too funny! First, the storefront ..As the reviewers say, it's had to find because there's NO signage. Just an OPEN sign in the window. There are no tables here: it's intended that you will take them the go or they will deliver to you. As you choose, the cookies are baked. They don't have cookies in a case. They don't even have pictures of their cookies, so look above for photos. You have to order sight unseen, on blind faith, but I guess we do this all the time, just not in a bakery.How weird is that to think about?? Some chain restaurants have pictures of the goods, but many let us use our IMAGINATION. How dangerous is that? I can imagine a giant cookie, and then might be disappointed. We waited 30 minutes, as it was a busy Saturday evening. I would recommend calling ahead, maybe from your parking space, as the benches are pretty uncomfortable. There is a tv to make the time go faster, or keep the employees awake in the middle of the night. They don't have coffee, but if they did, they'd only have one kind of full caff, I bet. At night I need decaf. So, we ordered milk, whole milk, which after decades of skim and 2%, seems like cream!

Great cookie !! The chocolate was still melted when I got to eat it. Ice cream is amazing too. Finding the place wasn't easy because it was hidden and you have to look for a window sign inside a building.

I'm still not sure if it was a blessing or curse that these guys moved in around the corner from my house. But lordy, these cookies are hot, fresh and DELICIOUS. The ice cream they sell is amazing too!
