I have been driving the same car for over 25 years now. My Jeep Wrangler has done me well, but lately it has needed some repair, luckily mostly of parts that can be replaced. The hard part is finding the auto parts store that has parts for such and old car. I am amazed at how many auto parts stores there are in Albany. If you drove from down town Albany along Central Avenue all the way to Wolf Road, you would pass at least seven to ten different auto parts stores, which is nice when looking for a part. After trying all of them, my go to is Napa on Central Avenue. You can easily miss it, like I always did driving the boring stretch of Central Avenue between where I-90 and Fuller Road intersect. After trying all the other places to find K-Seal, which each was out of, someone told me to try Napa. Never been, and was amazed at how I always missed it. They had the K-Seal in inventory, and even some other stuff I needed. Fast forward a few months after that, I am in need of fuses, relays, and some head lamps. I went directly to Napa, and got everything I needed. I wasn't sure about the fuses, so one of the guys behind the counter walked out and showed me the multiple options, and really provided some expert advice, something you don't get at the other places. The gentlemen here, know what they are selling and are always willing to try and help you find the best and most cost effective part for your auto repairs.

Per NAPA.com there was a part in stock. Drove over to the store only to find out that the online inventory listed on the web is NOT accurate.

This location has no diversity. Seems racist. Every time I go there it seems like they automatically get a attitude with me. But when a white person walks in they are treated with kindness. But a black person. Such as myself. Gets bad customer service and Bad attitude.

Don’t bother going into the Troy store looking for something. When they finally get done hanging out talking to each other and ask you what you need they will then tell you they don’t carry much in that store. They wouldn’t even look for what I needed. Unbelievable. Only customer in the store and still couldn’t get help. Now I know why I was the only customer.
