I definitely recommend NAI platform and Deanna Dal Pos. She was a total expert with negotiation, provided excellent advice for me as the lessor, and got a much better arrangement for me than I had originally aimed for. She works to match high quality tenants with the right space and puts personable touch on her interactions. She is aware of the needs of both parties very keenly. I was on a sublease with these guys tenants, and it was HORRIBLE. I was traveling for work for 3 months and rented their apartment through furnished finders. Every chance they had; they would try to come into my apartment while I wasn't home. I told them numerous times I was uncomfortable with that. I would come home some night, and my door would be cracked open. They didn't even bother locking the doors behind themselves. They lied about being there, so I had cameras placed. I caught them numerous times in my apartment giving tours with my undergarments and ID's were out. I contacted the guy listed as the landlord/realtor(Anton P). I first texted, he didn't respond. I called and he answered in a different language until I said his name. I left a review on furnished finders already but I had to leave this review for any other women who thinks about renting or anything through these Guys.

Haven't yet pulled the trigger on a property for my business. However, I felt compelled to leave a positive review. I'm in the very early stages of searching, and I'm sure it's evident. These guys treated me great. They answered questions that helped me educate myself, and helped make this whole process much easier.

The very best agent we ever worked with! We received multiple offers, thanks in large part to Deanna's incredible work.Deanna worked with a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our property online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She spent a lot of time in the showing and open house, answering and following all direct or indirect inquiries, and provided us with detailed feedback after each showing. which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Deanna is top-notch and can't be beaten!Deanna was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions, She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. Deanna did an absolutely phenomenal job finding us a great space! She really listened to us and it was evident at every step in the process that she was doing her best to match us and our needs and not just get us into whatever space she was having difficulty offloading onto other clients, the way we’ve experienced with some other realtors. She communicates well and has a ton of experience and connections that really make the whole process smoother.

We listed our commercial building in Troy, New York, with Deanna Dal Pos for just over two and a half years. During that time she generated four contracts from buyers. The first three all dropped out due to lack of financing, personal reasons and the inability to get government concessions on taxes. The fourth one was the perfect fit for our building and closing occurred in less time than it took the others to withdraw.Deanna was always responsive when we wanted to push things along, including during the pandemic restrictions, which limited what real estate agents could do. Having seen other buildings in our area stay on the market for far longer, we were happy with the results she produced.

They manage a building on Washington Ave but when ever there is an issue they tell the Super to handle it. I have been living next to a tenant who has caused problems for months now. They have done nothing to handle the issue. I have reached out to them through email and many of my emails go with out a response. The one’s they have responded to they offer no solution. This tenant has an issue and she continues to remain a problem for me and adjacent neighbors their lack of handling the problem shows they should not be put in charge of any property.
