“This T Mobile Store on the 2nd Floor in Colonie Center has always, every time I go there, gotten me out of phone problems and fixed my phone. Their two employees , namely Gazelle & Ian work through all my phone troubles. Explain every question I ask in detail. They are determined to fix my phone. When I go to other T Mobile locations, they don't give any effort in getting me out of my phone troubles. I have been to T Mobile in colonies center, 2nd floor several times and they are always so polite and so helpful. Even when they are swamped with customers they do not rush. I will always go to this location when i have phone issues. I will always hope they are working there, unless they get promotions, which they sure do deserve. Don't want to get too corney, but they really do go above and beyond and make sure you understand the problem in case it should do me up in the future.”

“For 6-7 months we had issues with our billing, where the rate that we were getting charged was more then what we were quoted while starting our family plan with T-Mobile. Months and months of phone calls with customer service, going to stores in-person, and being promised that it will be “fixed” on the next billing cycle only to be charged the wrong rate again and again. Finally we walked in to this specific store. Dennis took it upon himself to solve this issue for us, he made calls and contacted higher ups. He had this issue fixed in one day, and even gave us a follow-up call. He went above and beyond to make this right, and we appreciate his help. Thanks to him, we will keep our family plan with T-mobile instead of moving to a different provider.”

I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”

Since I became a new customer 5 months ago, I keep running out of high speed data toward the end of the month, even though I am on a $40 dollar plan, which gives me 15 gigs of high speed data.
My phone indicates from my Settings that I only used about 1.5 Gigs, but I can't use my Internet, I only can use my call feature !
This happens every month !
I called Boost customer service and they say they are having tech problems , but it will take about 2 days to fix my loss of my high speed data !
The customer service representative stated that many customers are experiencing this horrible issue !!!
The rep stated she would give me $40 credit for next month and promised me that she would send in a Service
Ticket to her tech department, so it would get fixed permanently and no more crisis at the end of each month again !
I asked her are you sure because I am ready to blow a gasket !
She assured me that my recurring horror story would be fixed and to call back in 24 hours to double check on how fast the repair is being made and get a Status.
So I will call at noon today and see how Boost is doing fixing my problems.
I am not happy with Boost corporate team on how they respond to customers problems . They should give customer service more powers to help customers. Right now I get the feeling that customers get a big run a round.
If my problem is not fixed later today I will go to Verizon or T mobile and see if they can give me good service each month without my getting high speed data that I pay for.

“Took my iPad there to get fixed. Place was on Sunday right before they closed. But wait was not too long, the young man Claude, help with my iPad took 10 minutes to have it working again. Thank you Claude. One day I would say that was pleasant was the spill on the floor that a parent did not clean after her baby(shame) however, the store should have it clean up right away so other customers did not have to object to that. Your cleanest represent your store appearance so do better next time.”
