The employees are nice but managers are either lazy or dont want to make money. Maybe a little column A a little column B? Regardless, not a hill to die on as a business owner. They claim to close at 11 p.m I showed up at 10:40 p.m and the lights were off with a closed sign on the door. There were 3 other people standing in the parking lot confused as we could clearly see the sign providing the business hours. What a shame. We need to do better, Albany!

Live about 2 blocks away, been stopping in daily for years. Always awesome staff, clean store, quick, attentive, and most importantly: polite. Raj in particular goes out of his way to be helpful, this guy had a bright future! Thanks Mobile

I will not be back anymore some of the workers seem very shady & scamming people I just found out that my debit card was used to buy gas when I don't own a car at all and I will be making a police report with Albany police department and i never use my debit card I always use cash

So the bathroom doesn't work for customers..neither employees.. ODD.. does the department of labor know? That for 8 hours you don't have access to a functioning bathroom? Or are the both of you that lazy clean it or not accustomed to CLEANING IT!???? THE BOTH OF YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE LAZINESS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!!!!

They charge for PLASTIC bags- 10 cents, too, which is freaking insanity. It’s like they don’t get why businesses have started charging for bags, usually only 5 cents, &; they only charge for paper bags because of the law passed a couple years back. They’re ridiculously money hungry and everything they sell is priced at least 30 cents more at least depending on the item, but it’s a given that no matter what EVERYTHING here is more expensive than other gas stations/corner stores that are similar to this store. It’s apparent they care nothing for long time customers who have spent a lot of money at their establishment daily, like myself. I’ve started going to a store slightly farther away for the lower prices and for the principle. The employees are also rude. I know my switching stores won’t make a difference to them, but I refuse to spend my hard earned money at this store. At the other store I’ve also been going to for awhile, which now I go there exclusively, they are always friendly, prices are great, they don’t charge 10 cents for bags, &; they always say hey with a warm smile. I brought them pastries and whatnot to just be nice and show my appreciation for their kindness and how hard they work. I’d avoid this money hungry, rude, dirty establishment like the plague.
