I went here on a recommendation but I won't be going back. There's no prominent sign indicating where the shop is located so I had to call and make sure I was at the right place. The front door was left open because the air conditioner was broken. The staff also weren't very professional; my consultation took less than 30 seconds before she started. I don't expect stylists to have a full blown conversation with me but mine barely said two words to me as she was gossiping with everyone else in the salon. Nobody was dressed as if they worked there so I couldn't tell who was a stylist or who was just visiting. She also stopped doing my hair a few times to talk to a guy who walked in as well as to take a phone call. Keep in mind that parking near the salon is metered so she wasted my time and money. I was grateful to get my haircut until I realized it was uneven. I needed the back trimmed but she left some parts longer than others. Definitely not worth what I paid. The shop itself is pretty low-rent. Besides the heat and missing store sign, the inside is uninviting. It looks like the walls are unfinished and there aren't actual styling stations. Be sure to bring some cash in small bills. I paid with a credit card but couldn't leave a tip on the card. Since there's no register and nobody had change for a $20, I couldn't tip. Customer service is non-existent. Nobody greeted me when I came in and even when I called to set up the appointment it seemed like I was interrupting the person on the other line. Nobody apologized for the heat in the salon or said why it was so hot so I had to assume it was an air conditioning issue. I wasn't asked either if I wanted to schedule my next appointment before I left so maybe they don't have repeat customers. Some positives though: I finally got a haircut and my stylist was nice enough to feed the meter (with quarters I gave her) while I was under the hair dryer. Give this salon a try if you want since my experience may be unique (and I've only been one time), but considering the hack job I received as well as the poor customer service, I'll be going elsewhere.

I came across their commercial one day watching the court TV shows preferably Judge Judy. I actually was looking for a stylist so I called and made my appt. The receptionist sounded very pleasant. When I arrived I was surprised on how great and clean it looked inside the salon. It was a comfortable atmosphere. I was happy to relax and sit and watch TV in the living room while waiting to be serviced. My style came out great and the conversation was enjoyable. I am going back to get a weave. Overall, I loved this salon and recommend it to others.
